I've never had a problem with Derik or his tech, the both of them are super welcoming as soon as you enter the door. I can't help but smile seeing my phone come back to life. Today I worked with Derik, as expected, I was greeted upon entry, asked how I could be helped, I told him my budget and he worked with me to fit it. Before examining my phone, he asked if I'd sign the waiver (as most phone repair shops do) and I did. Once he began the repair, he began explaining exactly what he was doing while doing it. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I really enjoy knowing what's going on with my belongings, and he let me know exactly that. I'm a talkative one, so I kept a conversation. If you're not like me, there's no reason to worry, while you wait, there is free WIFI and TV to watch. Having been a repeat customer, I found it hard to accept some recent reviews I read. Unlike a few people in this world, I understand when a phone is beyond repair. I've had nothing but great experiences and satisfaction here. Screen repaired and now the phone doesn't worked where it worked before. Cannot hear anyone speaking. So the audio was damaged during their repair. Now I have to bring it back there so they can maybe fix what they b broke or it just goes down hill from there. Assurant offers nothing else. Just keep taking it back. I'm canceling the phone service and insurance as I will not deal with Assurant again. They do not provide adequate service options for what you pay.
