I left a review about a year ago where my packages had not been scanned and therefore, were not delivered. I ship via UPS and FedEx EVERYDAY, so I'm not new to the process. LOST PACKAGE HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. My package was scanned this time (because I scanned it at the self-serve kiosk), but it never made it to its destination. When I go to the UPS counter today-- after waiting a full 30 minutes because the store was so busy and so few workers actually helping customers-- the counter guy stated that I would have to call UPS myself to find the package, as there was nothing they could do. What a way to transfer responsibility. Of course, I have to do it. What's next? Will I need to drive the truck? But I've learned my lesson. I won't be visiting THIS LOCATION again. read more

If you ever need anything to be shipped on time DO NOT go to UPS. Especially if it is for an important event like a wedding. I thought they were a reputable company that I could trust. I mean I didn't even think twice when I needed to get something ship for an important event, but I guess we live and we learn. I needed something to be shipped in time for my wedding and paid for 2 day shipping. I had my MIL drop my package off on 7/13 with an expected shipping date of 7/16. My package did not leave the Arlington facility until 7/20. Remember, I paid for 2 day shipping. I did not get my package until 7/22. I called the store and asked for a refund. I was told by the store manager Misty that the 2 day shipping is not a guarantee if my receipt did not have a set time of when it will be delivered i.e. if it just says EOD (end of day), that means that it can come whenever (okay, very misleading 2 day shipping service). Apparently, they are not in control of what the computer spits out on the receipt. Maybe if you are lucky it will give you an exact time on when it will get delivered and that means that it was guaranteed to arrive by that time. But if you are not lucky, it will just say EOD and no one has any control over it. If you look at the tracking records (read from bottom up) you can CLEARLY see that it was not going to come on time. My package DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE YOUR FACILITY UNTIL A WEEK AFTER IT WAS DROPPED OFF. I understand that things happen but for you to deliver my package almost a week and a half after it was dropped off, can you even claim to have a 2 day shipping?! Does this company think that I just have money laying around and decided to buy my package a flight across the country for no reason? No, I needed my package to arrive by a certain date. I mean if it was a few days late, that would've still been fine. But for me to pay that much money for it to take a week and a half to get there, you really need to do a better job. If I knew how unreliable their service was, I would've paid for ground. It would've cost me less and probably arrived sooner than their "2 day shipping". A request was submitted to get a refund but of course it was denied. I tried calling all the phone numbers online and the ones that was given to me by customer service but could never reach anyone even during their business hours. I left TWO voicemails over a month ago and still haven't heard anything. I've accepted the fact that this was a lost cause but wanted to warn other people. If you have an important event or just want anything delivered on time, DO NOT USE UPS. Go to Fedex or somewhere else. Somewhere that values your service. read more

I have literally been coming to this UPS store for years and years. Matter fact, I was just here a couple of days ago and when I dropped off, said it needed no boxes or no labels but the girl took the box anyway today I show up the lady tells me she doesn't need the box And I need to take the box with me and throw it in the trash so I throw it in their trash and then a dark headed lady possibly the manager says I need to take the box out of the trash that they can't take our boxes. And mind you before this four of them stood in the back talking while I waited in line for at least five minutes, then decided to come out and help me, like what happened to Customer Service??!?! I love my local UPS store. Always efficient and the line moves swiftly. I ordered a 114 lb sofa from wayfair but had to return it. The staff let us use a dolly, helped tremendously. I have nothing bad to say about them. Plus, it's so much easier and more convenient than the post office. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We shipped a ps5 to a friend and they stole it, the owner is a complete asshole. When I've tried to get help he said he would call but never does. When I did speak to him he hung up on me when I asked if he could verify the package wasn't stolen. I've shipped thousands of items ans never had one "lost" wasn't until we told them it was a ps5 that it "went missing" total crooks there and no one to speak to. My wife and I were in search of a notary to notarize a gas well lease. We stopped into our bank and their notary wasn't in. I Yelp'd "Notary" and was surprised one was located right across the street a "The UPS Store." YAY! We stopped in and were greeted immediately. Sometimes I've been unable to reach them by phone even, maybe it's a busy day but, I'm a customer too. I've emailed him over the last effort so maybe he's been busy but..... Apurva, you need to rely on your staff. They are better at the memory thing than you are. It's small and crammed full of people every time I go and the young man that works there never has his mask over his mouth or nose. I'm not sure it fits his face honestly. They were an awesome store, until they recently came under new ownership. Had a wine shipment delivered there, three phone calls for them to say it hadn't been delivered, despite the tracking saying it had. Second order, to take the place of the lost order, same experience. Only now that it's busy with Christmas, they do not answer their phones. After waiting patiently, for at least 30", they found both shipments had been delivered, and they don't call to let you know your package is there, nor do they enter it into their system. I was recently at The UPS Store #6107 on Little Road in Arlington, TX to ship back a DirecTV box. The store was busy and there was a line. When I got to the front of the line, the counter person told me they couldn't ship the box back because they had too many boxes for shipping. And here I thought one of the services provided was shipping. I had to argue with the clerk to get them to ship it. I doubt DirecTV would have accepted that excuse. This was 100% poor customer service. I could not believe my ears. I will never patronize that store again based on the lack of service provided. read more
