    If you ever need anything to be shipped on time DO NOT go to UPS. Especially if it is for an important event like a wedding. I thought they were a reputable company that I could trust. I mean I didn't even think twice when I needed to get something ship for an important event, but I guess we live and we learn. I needed something to be shipped in time for my wedding and paid for 2 day shipping. I had my MIL drop my package off on 7/13 with an expected shipping date of 7/16. My package did not leave the Arlington facility until 7/20. Remember, I paid for 2 day shipping. I did not get my package until 7/22. I called the store and asked for a refund. I was told by the store manager Misty that the 2 day shipping is not a guarantee if my receipt did not have a set time of when it will be delivered i.e. if it just says EOD (end of day), that means that it can come whenever (okay, very misleading 2 day shipping service). Apparently, they are not in control of what the computer spits out on the receipt. Maybe if you are lucky it will give you an exact time on when it will get delivered and that means that it was guaranteed to arrive by that time. But if you are not lucky, it will just say EOD and no one has any control over it. If you look at the tracking records (read from bottom up) you can CLEARLY see that it was not going to come on time. My package DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE YOUR FACILITY UNTIL A WEEK AFTER IT WAS DROPPED OFF. I understand that things happen but for you to deliver my package almost a week and a half after it was dropped off, can you even claim to have a 2 day shipping?! Does this company think that I just have money laying around and decided to buy my package a flight across the country for no reason? No, I needed my package to arrive by a certain date. I mean if it was a few days late, that would've still been fine. But for me to pay that much money for it to take a week and a half to get there, you really need to do a better job. If I knew how unreliable their service was, I would've paid for ground. It would've cost me less and probably arrived sooner than their "2 day shipping". A request was submitted to get a refund but of course it was denied. I tried calling all the phone numbers online and the ones that was given to me by customer service but could never reach anyone even during their business hours. I left TWO voicemails over a month ago and still haven't heard anything. I've accepted the fact that this was a lost cause but wanted to warn other people. If you have an important event or just want anything delivered on time, DO NOT USE UPS. Go to Fedex or somewhere else. Somewhere that values your service.

    Dickhead stole my phone

    So I ordered a iPhone 14 pro max 2 months ago , driver came to my house yesterday and only knocked on my door not rung my doorbell so no one heard it . The driver came back today then said he did not have my phone , he didn't give me any kind of paper work to show what to do and to how to get my phone he literally just drove away i am so fucking pissed

    Staff is always very nice and everything has been smooth when I go. The like also moves pretty fast.

    A 15 second Amazon return took 10 minutes due to the ONLY person working apparently cannot multi-task. Poor customer service.

    I mostly drop of boxes with labels already. They are cordial and always ask if I'd like a receipt. Never an issue, nice peeps!

    The assistant manager has no customer service skills. It's like he is irritated doing his job. From…read morethe moment I walked in it was like he didn't take his anxiety pill or something and was very fast and dismissive. I emailed them my shipping label and invoice to print earlier that day. He thought I meant self serve and dismissed me to go to the self serve part. I told him no I didn't, I emailed the location like I always have for the past few months. He was like "well when I asked you you said .." You didn't even follow up to make sure what I meant, you were so busy trying to get to the next person. Usually I go up there and get labels printed on the sticker. He told me they weren't supposed to do that. I just got a bunch done 2 days ago. It was funny because the workers that day were all talkin about a manager. Now I can see. The first time I had a label printed the person that time told me to just come up there and ask them to do it since it's not available to print online. I didn't know they can't print labels because it's not a fedex label. I've been doing it for the past few months with no issue. I'll just be going to another location where they don't mind helping from now on. The workers are great but that assistant manager blew it for me.

I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today.
