I recently had to bring in my Wrangler for a low tire warning and was promptly greeted by several of the employees there who quickly found the problem (screw in my tire) and in no time had it repaired, at no charge and had me on my way. I am extremely dissatisfied with the workmanship at this store. I have been a loyal long-time discount tire customer. Last week I went to this store for a routine rotation and was told that 4 of the tire studs had frozen from the last rotation this store had done. They referred me to a shop that could repair the studs. I went to the shop and had them take a look and they told me that 6 needed to be replaced not 4. So I had them replace them and was told I needed to go back to discount to get the lug nuts put on because discount tire had the ones that were missing. So I went back to discount tire to get the lug nuts put back on and was informed that two more studs were broken. I dont believe in coincidences and will not be using this store again. read more

Tire was acting weird on my way up to Dallas from Austin. It was two days after Christmas and they were visibly busy, but the workers were diligent about making sure everyone was still taken care of. I had just been to a DT in Austin for the same issue, they fixed what I was told was fixed in Austin for free. The note the boy who helped me wrote was "LETS GET HER TAKEN CARE OF!". I was passing through town on a roadtrip over Thanksgiving weekend, and needed to replace a flat tire quickly before they closed. I WISH I could remember the name of the person who helped me but the invoice says Alexander, so I will go with that. He was helpful and courteous, and when I arrived they were ready for me. This store has had my business for awhile and I've had a good experience every time I've been here. Service is always great. Today, there was an elderly man getting his car serviced, a pretty tough customer as while they were working he had a question just about every 2 minutes the entire hour I was there. I have to applaud Steven for his exceptional customer service, patience and kindness he displayed to this man. The entire team was nice to him but Steven went above and beyond to answer every question and to calm this quite anxious man. Well done guys! Waited in line for 20 minutes to get air in the tire. This guy came out and decided to redirect the line and put a cone in front of my car and wanted to redirect me to the end of the new line. Arrived less than an hour before closing because my tire pressure light suddenly came on and I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. They were able to replace the affected tire (it was still under warranty from when I bought It at another DS branch) and send me on my way in under 30 minutes. Kinda of disappointed in Discount Tire today. Took my new Cadillac in today to have a nail hole plugged and have the tires rotated. Now mind you I have four other vehicles that we bring here and always buy our tires here for years . The Cadillac I just traded in had newer tires from this store on it when I traded it in. But they want to charge a $22 a tire to balance the new cars tires. Seems like being a longtime customer and the likely hood of me buying tires here in the future for the new car isn't important. Up until today I have always had a great experience this just doesn't seem right to me. read more

Two hours for a tire rotation they didn't do right and pulled it back in only to bring it back out with the tire pressure light still on then told me the sensor wasn't working and they needed to pull it back in. Then another 45 min later told me it was done but none of the sensors are working that they replaced and hopefully driving would reset them. Do not go here! They are not very professional!
