Today, there was an elderly man getting his car serviced, a pretty tough customer as while they were working he had a question just about every 2 minutes the entire hour I was there. I have to applaud Steven for his exceptional customer service, patience and kindness he displayed to this man. The entire team was nice to him but Steven went above and beyond to answer every question and to calm this quite anxious man. Well done guys! Shoutout to Nathaniel as well, I saw him working hard and love that guy! So I'm walking out and I see Lucas talking with the man and helping him to fix his front bumper. I don't know what you guys are doing to cultivate such a servant hearted atmosphere but keep it up!

I did not appreciate the customer service. Especially in this economy, I'd be very careful with customer retention.

At the end, on the papers I was handed it said it was inspected and the tire came in at 36 and left at 35psi. I left and checked my tire with a gauge as soon as I stopped. It was the same low 30 psi as when I came in. They NEVER checked air pressure though they documented they did. Also, the mileage they wrote down was 2000 miles off the actual mileage. Someone isn't doing their job. I did call and they said come back and they would add air and the guy was like, "that's the one that was low." I thought, "thanks for telling me what I know." I just hope they actually put new oil in my car. UPDATE (next day)--I appreciate the store manager calling and owning up to the mistake and apologizing. When asked for proof, the shop refused to provide a receipt from O'Reilly Auto Parts, claiming that was the price they paid. To verify, we went directly to O'Reilly ourselves and confirmed the real price was significantly cheaper than what this shop charged. That alone is unacceptable. When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful, ask for receipts, and verify prices before agreeing to any work.
