Both technicians and manage said they'd not get their oil changed there if they were customers because of the price. Weny across the main road to the Walmart for a quick item. 20 minutes later returned to oil leaking from beneath my vehicle. Immediately took it back to them, the manager told me it was just residual oil from the filter change. I asked how is running oil that drips from the vehicle, just "residual oil"? I asked her politely to check the filter and drain plug. She said that the filter was hand tight but she asks "the boys" to tighten them normally. I asked why not use a filter wrench or tool to which she replied that it's against policy. For $180+, I would expect near dealership treatment and certainly no leaks! I will never return to this location for any type of service.

They said the last guy to take them off didn't put the pins back in. (The last guy to take them off was one of their mechanics while doing a diagnostic on my exhaust last year) Then they propped my car up with batteries, pieces of wood and other misc items to change the oil. Didn't put the e-brake on. My car rolled off the makeshift jacks and fell 12-16 inches. They refused to take any responsibility for damages to my car. Will not go back.

So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.
