So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

I have been scammed by mechanics before, so I was a little nervous. Max explained what the PCM did and what was going on with my car. He told me that I could look for a part online if I wanted to have my price a little lower. They picked up the part and were very communicative with me through the whole process. It was a very smooth and fast process. I appreciated that they did not try to get me to fix more things/buy more expensive parts, which most places would encourage! He wrote on my paper drive 80 miles or 15 days. I told him that my converter was changed in October. He shrugged his shoulders. I knew that was flat out lie. I took my to another place that same day within a couple of hours from this visit. My car passed without hesitation. Ive been a customer of ten minute oil for the last 4 or 5 years for inspections only. This is the last time that i will patronized you. Consider that $18.50 you charged for that inspection a donation.

I've gone to other shops to get it done before and it takes them less than 15 minutes. I expected no different here, but was very wrong. I came in at 8:30am expecting to be out within an hour. No. This shop only had enough staff to work on 1 car at a time. Out of the 2 people in front of me, both needed patches. 1 got their patch fixed in about 30 minutes, the other couldn't get it fixed and ended up needing new tires. It took them almost 1 hour to change the tire. I understand it takes time and manpower to change a tire and this wouldn't have been an issue had they had MORE STAFF to work on other people's cars at the same time. I was here for over 2 hours for 1 patch. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very kind and did a wonderful repair, but they need more staff/hours. TL;DR I came in at 8:30am to get a tire patched. There were 2 people in front of me. It took over 2 hours and I left at 10:45am. I wish I had gone to Discount Tire.

After taxes, optional hazard protection and fees a we paid $350. Not bad! * Service: We arrived just before 8am on a Saturday to purchase 2 tires. We were informed the vehicle would be ready around 2pm. Around 3:30 we called and were told the vehicle wasn't even in the bay yet but it should be ready shortly and they would call. About 5:30 we called again and the vehicle hadn't started service yet. We hadn't heard from them by 7pm (closing time) so we just figured we'd get the vehicle the next day. Around 8:15pm we received a call from a very nice gentleman " J" asking "are you coming to get your vehicle today?" We responded "we were waiting on a call stating the vehicle was ready."
