He "said" he installed the new plugs and wires, yet my car was still shuddering when you put it in drive, "oh that means you also need a new coil" he stated he would get it and install for me, next day, same problem, "oh I need better spark plugs" WOW! After the oil change, my vehicle developed an oil leak. An inspection found that the engine oil filter housing was damaged and leaking oil--a problem that did not exist before the service. Although I told management not to perform any additional work, they insisted on attempting a repair. I was later informed that the vehicle was not drivable and needed to be towed. Management told me I would be reimbursed for the towing and repair costs, but a few days later my claim was denied. Based on this experience and the failure to honor the reimbursement I was promised, I would not trust this business with my vehicle again.

But that has to end because of my current experience with them. I take my car like clockwork every three months. But on the last couple of time, I noticed that my oil change light was coming on sooner than it should. My fiancé was having the same experience. We decided to have it checked out by a third party mechanic and they informed us that the oil cap had been put on to tight for both vehicles. When I called National Quick Lube they informed me that the car was leaking oil before that and did not tell me this was happening. I am not understanding how that could be for both vehicles when we never had an issue before this last oil change. And that seems to be a bit coincidental that both vehicles would have the same issue after coming to your shop. I was a loyal customer, but no more.
