I have been scammed by mechanics before, so I was a little nervous. Max explained what the PCM did and what was going on with my car. He told me that I could look for a part online if I wanted to have my price a little lower. They picked up the part and were very communicative with me through the whole process. It was a very smooth and fast process. I appreciated that they did not try to get me to fix more things/buy more expensive parts, which most places would encourage! When I called National Quick Lube they informed me that the car was leaking oil before that and did not tell me this was happening. I am not understanding how that could be for both vehicles when we never had an issue before this last oil change. I took my to another place that same day within a couple of hours from this visit. My car passed without hesitation.
