One of my tires picked up a nail on the way to work which was the best way to start a Monday morning (sarcasm). The first Walmart I went to told me they didn't have the patches to fix my tire, so I came here instead. I had 2 people in front of me when I got here. Patching a tire doesn't take long. I've gone to other shops to get it done before and it takes them less than 15 minutes. I expected no different here, but was very wrong. I came in at 8:30am expecting to be out within an hour. No. This shop only had enough staff to work on 1 car at a time. Out of the 2 people in front of me, both needed patches. 1 got their patch fixed in about 30 minutes, the other couldn't get it fixed and ended up needing new tires. It took them almost 1 hour to change the tire. I understand it takes time and manpower to change a tire and this wouldn't have been an issue had they had MORE STAFF to work on other people's cars at the same time. I was here for over 2 hours for 1 patch. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very kind and did a wonderful repair, but they need more staff/hours.
TL;DR I came in at 8:30am to get a tire patched. There were 2 people in front of me. It took over 2 hours and I left at 10:45am. I wish I had gone to Discount Tire. read more
