I got a blowout on the way to Houston & I gave them a call. They had a similar tire in stock so I came here & I was helped immediately. I had a new tire on my Lexus in no time. Customer service: Amazing Ambiance: Nothing fancy, & please don't use the restroom it's literally terrifying Cost: One used tire was only $45. Cheap & efficient. This is a story about a Dallas to Houston road trip gone awry, that happened as I was leaving on a weekend evening after all the tire shops had closed. It started with the telltale 'thump-thump-thump-thump' sound of a tire that had a hex bolt - including washer - impaling one of the rear tires. After pulling over into a major truck stop that included 7 different flavors of cappuccinos, (but not a single sealing foam for tires!), I was about to give up when I spotted a couple of Mexican tow-truck drivers hanging-out outside. Since my tire was still fully inflated, they told me to drive down I-45 to this joint that was straight out a of Mexican 'Vulcanizadora' casting agency, but with better tires, cleaner facilities and great service. 14 minutes and $8 later, I was back on the road with a patched tire. ¡Viva Mexico! ~ land of practicality. Open 24 hours and they have a fast response time! We had a flat tire on 75 and they changed into our donut and we followed them to their shop and they changed out tire! Less wait time than waiting for W row truck from my insurance. Gilbert and Luke were very helpful! read more
