They seem to be always knowledgable of their products and very clear on explaining everything to you... After going to their competition and looking for a part. I was never able to find it and they seemed to be lost and confuse on what I was needing. This was even with me showing them the old part! She didn't even try to look up the part number. I told her the name of the part, the make and model of the vehicle it came out of and her response was "I don't know what that is". Very Terrible Experience -- My Vehicle Was Damaged During an Oil Change…read more On October 8, 2026, I visited Quick Car for the first time to get an oil change. The only reason I chose this location was because the place I normally go to for oil changes was closed at the time. When I arrived, I spoke with the supervisor, Corbin, to confirm that they had the correct filter and everything needed for my Hyundai Genesis. After completing the oil change, he informed me that my skid plate underneath the vehicle was missing some bolts. He removed it and advised me to get replacement bolts so they could put it back on. I later took my vehicle to a mechanic and discovered that my skid plate had been broken. Before visiting Quick Car, I had never experienced any issues with my skid plate dragging or anything underneath my vehicle. Now, I am facing over $200 in replacement costs for damage that I discovered after their service. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially as a first-time customer. I went there expecting a routine oil change, but instead, I ended up with an unexpected repair expense. Had I known this would happen, I would have waited until my usual oil change location reopened. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to be cautious and inspect their vehicle carefully before and after service. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to Quick Car. I went in for an oil change and left with damage to my vehicle. That is unacceptable, and I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision before trusting this location with their vehicles.

She informed him I needed my brake bulb changed. 2) He mentioned to me that he could replace it for me if he was able to reach it. 3. In the midst of checking to see if he could reach it to change it, he laughed at himself because he initially thought it needed two bulbs, but it turns out that it was just a reflection. (It's always good to laugh at yourself) 4. While he was assisting me, he could tell that someone in the parking lot was doing something wrong to their car just by the sound of it. As I was leaving, I saw that he went over to assist them as well. Note: A few minutes prior to my stop here I first went to O'Reily down the street. There were two guys that were only willing to sell me the part and stated they COULD NOT help me replace the bulb and they DID NOT attempt to do so either.
