Matt is the Best!! Great Service and Communication!! I contacted Matt through Yelp and had a great initial conversation over the phone. He confirmed the issue and agreed to stop by after 12pm. His professionalism during that call was much appreciated, and I was really looking forward to the service based on the many great reviews. On the day of the appointment, I couldn't get an ETA due to issues with my phone not sending or receiving messages. However, Matt promptly reached out to me that afternoon to set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, it rained all day, and we couldn't meet. Throughout this time, Matt consistently stayed in touch, checking in and coordinating a better time for the service. The weather just was not cooperative. I have been working on my own cars for years but with retirement, I am slowing. So, I booked an appointment with Matt and I must say I was impressed with his automotive knowledge. I had tried repeatedly to get my 2011 HHR to pass inspection but failed. In a very short time Matt diagnosed the failure, fixed it and even took care of the inspection for me.
