This shop seriously overcharged a family member and was dishonest about pricing. We were told a specific part cost almost twice what it actually sells for. When asked for proof, the shop refused to provide a receipt from O'Reilly Auto Parts, claiming that was the price they paid. To verify, we went directly to O'Reilly ourselves and confirmed the real price was significantly cheaper than what this shop charged. That alone is unacceptable. When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. Buyer beware. I spent over $9,000 for a lift kit, wheels and tires, front and rear bumpers, and a winch on a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler. After several conversations and weeks of delays, the work was completed. One day the car wouldn't start - even when boosted, so I had it taken to the dealership, and was told a piece had shorted out due to the winch not being installed correctly. David (Texas Tires) had the work inspected by the Burleson shop to confirm they had wired it correctly; it was no surprise they agreed. I asked David to at least split the dealership repairs with me (about $400 each); to which he replied he couldn't do that but may be able to fix my wheels. When I finally picked up the car, he said there was nothing he could for me. read more

I went to get a tire sensor replaced and said they replaced the sensor and I needed to drive my truck at 28mph which never heard I had to drive my truck to have a sensor reset and after they tried again didn't wanna give me the money back for the non working sensor! This place literally states "we wouldn't steer you wrong" on their Facebook page. Don't let that fool you. My husband called over the weekend and asked them if they had all weather tires for a 2014 KIA Sorento. The manager of this location suggested all terrain tires and stated that there was not a big difference and the tires would not be loud. He had some deal and he would have to order them but could get them in the next day. They would be cheaper. We never asked for cheaper tires just correct for a KIA Sorento. Never mentioned that the original tires we asked for were already in stock. The tires were so loud it sounded like I was flying a plane. The same day we picked up the car. Less than 20 miles driven. I asked if there was any way to pay the difference and get the original tires we called about. The manager refused and even stated he didn't know why he was talking to me because the transaction was between him and my husband. Then refused to take the tires off and replace my original tires. He told me they could not resell the tires they sold my husband because they don't stock them and they are not something they put on many cars. Why even suggest them for a KIA? Huge lifesavers! One of the only places open on Sunday and were very sympathetic to my situation! Has a tire blow out on the highway on my way back home to San Antonio. CROOKS!!!! If you are wanting your vehicle to come out of this place with more issues than before, this is the place for you!!! I went in to get some aftermarket rims put on and they put the offsets all on the wrong tires which made it not drivable, they broke my valve stem sensor, stripped a mounting rod and told them to just stop and put all my factory wheels back on and do not touch it anymore before any more damage is done!! There were two size rims that came in incorrect and that was their ongoing excuse for why all this happened to me. I paid to get my car towed to a professional automotive shop to fix all the operator errors they made and then they refused to pay what they messed up! Now all my brand new aftermarket rims are ALL EACH scratched up!!! WORST EXPERIENCE ever! Can't wait to see them in court read more

Observation did not bother me at all.workers arrived 0810 pulled truck in got to work on new struts, shocks, wheels and tires. It takes alot to impress me being i am a director of maintenance for the truxking industry. Was very happy with the detail, skill and work performed. Xjord was my sales person. Did 99 percent over text. I was in and out in 1hr 45 minutes. Bery happy with the product and more importantly the service AFTER sale. Now all i have to do is get front end aligned but Waltons is closed on Saturday. No worries catxh up with them this week. Rhe alignment is included in cost. DO NOT use this place if your looking for a Lift, wheels, or Tires. My experience has been a nightmare. Took the Jeep up there Friday morning 5/4. Was told when scheduled it should take about 4 hours for the lift but expect all day. It was not finished Friday, alignment was all out of wack and didn't put the exhaust spacers in, wheels not painted. Was told it needed factory isolators for the springs but they will take care of it for me "to make it right" for not finishing, and paint my wheels for free. Took it home with the traction control going crazy to bring it back first thing Saturday morning to finish it. Drop it off Saturday and was told the local Jeep placed didn't have the isolators but found em in Carrollton and will be ok. So Saturday evening i come pick it up and all my inserts on my Wheels were still off and was told those were not ready and can get em Sunday morning. Also told me he didn't go to Carrollton to get the isolators and ordered them and will need to schedule another day, Saturday 5/12 a week later. I asked did they make sure to take to inserts off the 5th wheel also and was told yes of course. So got to the car wash and what do i see... inserts still on the 5th wheel and not getting painted (plastidip). Sunday morning go to pick up the inserts and they look like shit, Cash (my 8 year old) could have painted them better. I also helped the kid put them together. I also had to paint my 5th wheel and looks so much better than the other 4. So Tuesday 5/8 i noticed my tire pressure was all different 2 were at 50 psi, 1 at 45psi, 1 at 38 psi. Stopped by to have them fix that and even them out to 40 psi. Got home and was messing around with a few things on the Jeep and noticed the sticker on one of the shocks on the duel steering stabilizer was messed up and saw it was all bent up. Took it up there and they blame the alignment people (they took it to and picked it up from) and will order me a new one and fix it Saturday 5/12 when i bring it up there to get the isolators put on. So this morning go to drop it off and kid said the owner was there but didn't come out side and called me. I asked if i can have my Jeep back before 2 and he said no cause there was another truck in front of me cause they didn't finish him. And if i needed it we would need to reschedule. We scheduled this a week ago and should have finished last week. Also didn't have the front stabilizer shock in from Rough Country. I had enough with these guys and will find another place to finish it and fix it for me as well go through the whole lift to make sure it's all done right. They did mail me a replacement shock. I had another local company put it on, install isolators, and check out the lift. The guy at this shop suspects that I wasn't missing the isolators and they tore them up or threw them away. My Jeep is too new for isolators to be missing from the factory. There was some other stuff loose as well. Owner posted on my facebook they were sending me wheel inserts but haven't seen anything yet. read more
