My tire was low and my light was on so I had to take my car in to be serviced. I didn't have an appointment so I typically try to go super early in the morning around 8:30 so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Immediately as I walked in I was serviced, I explained my issue. Listen! Always get the warranty on your tires cause I had a nail in my tire and I only had to pay $20.. ( Who was happy was me!) I just knew I needed a new tire and wasn't sure if my warranty expired. So that was an unexpected surprise which they can pull that information up by your phone number. I also keep my paperwork in my car. The process took about 30 minutes and I was done! They also have a tracking system to see where you are in service. My tracker stated they was finished so I walked out and my car was driving up. I always recommend going early in the morning or late in the evenings if you don't have an appointment so you're not waiting long cause they get busy. read more

The Discount Tire in Cedar Hill, Texas is really exceptional! I've gone there several times, and everyone was very professional, yet kind, respectful and very helpful. They are busy, of course. When you're good, you will be busy. But they offer options, like leaving your car, taking your name so you won't have to stand in a line to wait on someone to help you or making an appointment - which doesn't mean there won't be a wait, but you are recognized for your diligence in making the appointment. Thomas assisted me with an issue that a different DT created, but he was very nice, and accommodating and fixed the issue without hesitation!!! Lalo was also very nice and accommodating in honoring a quoted price, which was very helpful for me. Although I am very chose to a different DT, the Cedar Hill DT has my loyalty for life! Always appreciated the service they give. Very crowded normally, but they seem to do what they call to get you in and out as best they can. BUT, they play religious preaching over their music system. I don't want to hear it played at a loud volume and, since this is Texas in the summer, it's too hot to wait an hour outside. I've used them for 20 years. My Dad who is 71 was 100 miles from home and they refused to repair his tire. He stuck a temporary plug in the tire and was told that deemed the tire unrepairable. Bought a car with Yokohama tires. Had a blowout on Christmas day. Found the replacement at Discount Tire. Had the car towed to the Cedar Hill location. The particular Yokohama tire I needed was an exclusive to their stores only. Darius, my salesperson warranted and replaced the blown out tire at no charge and sold me a warranty on all my tires cheaper than had I bought just the replacement tire. It's that type of focus on saving customers money that impressed me the most. Darius was personable, empathetic and very understanding of my needs. I'm here today to replace my wheel. I was greeted right as I walked in and assisted in less than 5 minutes. Scott (store manager) assisted me and had my issue identified in those 5 minutes. I paid for my new wheel and I'm waiting for it to be replaced. I've bent like 4 other wheels. Yes I am a terrible driver. They have the best price for a replacement. They also make sure my tire is good to go. I've replaced my tires here several times. Costco beat them out on price this last time but had they not I would've purchased here. Best service ever received anywhere! These guys are absolutely awesome, amazing, fast and so nice. I came in about 20 minutes before closing time and they had no problem with taking care of me. I had a flat and wanted to see if it could be fixed, although I was already pretty sure it was going to have to be replaced. They were so nice and understanding and stayed late to take care of me. All the staff were working so hard. My tire was not fixable and my tires are hard to find, but they were able to order one which would come in about 4 days. Since I have run flat tires, I don't have a spare tire, so they loaned me a tire to use until my tire comes in. So helpful and totally unexpected. I witnessed them take several customers who arrived after closing time. All the staff were so kind & courteous, even to customers who were rude and discourteous.
