After two hours and forty minutes, I called them and they said my car was ready. What?? Why didn't they just call me? Anyway, it was $200 for the replacements and alignment (comparable). I just didn't like the runaround from them. They do offer miniature water bottles in the lobby area while you wait.

We have been loyal customers for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The most recent repair was going to be well over $5,000. When we questioned paying for work previously that didn't fix the issue, the story suddenly changed and we were told the repair would be free. After having the vehicle looked at elsewhere, we learned the problem had never actually been fixed, and we were fortunate that the situation didn't result in a vehicle fire. Trust is everything when it comes to auto repair, and unfortunately that trust has been completely broken. It's frustrating and heartbreaking to realize that a business we supported for so long treated us this way. We would strongly encourage others to ask questions, get second opinions, and carefully review any recommended repairs.

It wasn't until I stirred up Concern with my insurance did I even know or find out that Doug was assigned to my claim. Ashley, the phone receptionist was the one relaying all the messages. VERY unprofessional. This wasn't one of even TWO attempts at trying to find out the status of my car. Then, once I decided to abort business and have my car towed to a new location did I realize they stole parts off my car. They threw in replacements which weren't even the same car brand. When I brought this to their attention they had NO idea what I was talking about. Furious, I reached out to corporate and was told someone would get back to me within 3 business days. Guess what, they never did. I did hear back from the store manager in which he said he would replace my headlight (that they stole which are $3,000 per headlight) and guess what? Crickets! I even attempted to reach out to check the status of the headlight replacement and nothing! I don't know what kind of scam operation these guys are running, but I'd stay FAR away!!!

After a week of my car being in the shop I never heard from them, no estimate was posted on my insurance claim so I reached out to my insurance for an update, they didn't have one so we contacted the location for some answers. The receptionist at crash champions clarified to my agent and made us aware that my car was notated a total loss by the person working on my car. Mind you, car is a 2019, drivable car. No air bags went off and they didn't have the decency to update me or contact me a week from repair to let me know. Took my car to another location for a second opinion. Fortunately, in less than a week, I got the news my car is repairable, unlike what was defined as a total loss. Unfortunately, I don't have anything positive to say. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication.

Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.

I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!!
