I called DALLAS BOAT SERVICE and explained my situation. They agreed to squeeze me in the next day ! I met the boat owner there the next day hoping it would pass inspection and arranged to have a full annual service done should it pass. Much to my delight , not only did it pass but the inspector ( and shop owner ) said it didn't need any service and that it's good to go ! Wow , that's honesty for you. Additionally, after I concluded the purchase of the boat I picked up the boat from the Dallas Boat Service yard which they graciously let me keep in their boat yard . I discovered the trailer light plug did not match my truck . Again , the shop owner went above and beyond and gave me the right adapter and even hooked it up for me. I can't recommend this shop enough ! The owner and his wife are so nice and helpful ! This will be my go to for all my future boat service needs !

The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. I love BMW Motorcycles. So I sent in a request to Hopper Motorcycles asking what condition the bike was in & their bottom line on price. No response so I sent the same message in & still no response. I don't believe they liked it because I was asking for a bottom line price. A little lower price is a lot better than sending a bike to the auction. I ended up buying a used one i found on Cycletrader that was out of town. Even though I have to fly out, get a Uber to a hotel, spend the night in a hotel & then Uber to the dealership the next morning & then ride the bike home (I would have rather purchased local than going thru all of this). Good service & response is very hard to find now days.

Whoever chooses the designs should have a bit more versatility to them, the graphics on them weren't my taste but maybe in Texas that's what they like. Also for the men's tee the back design was 80% all the same on the tees, unlike the women's which did have more of a variety. Kids section and accessories was very small as well. Staff was super friendly with that southern hospitality. Also if you checkin on Yelp you can get a free tee with the purchase of two Harley's tees. Grab that deal before it's gone, totally worth it!
