    2019 Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide
    C Jason H.

I was shopping for a Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide for some time now. After get pre-approved and picking the check up from my bank on Friday, I had narrowed my search down to two locations, each with multiple options to choose from. The first place I went was a HD dealership, after standing around waiting for someone to help me, I asked about a bike in stock, was up front about not wanting to purchase same day, and was given a run around about pricing and availability in addition to being pressured to purchase that day. After leaving I was texted a price sheet for one of the three bikes I inquired about. After stopping at HD I went down the street a few miles to Hopper's. I was meet by Christian when I entered, he was helpful and knowledge. I was allowed to look at bikes, sit on and start them up with someone looking over my shoulder. When I was ready to have some questions answered Christian and the GM Mike where helpful, knowledge, and worked diligently to win my business without any pressure to buy anything. I returned the next day to purchase a bike and have zero regrets about giving them my business.

2019 Harley Davidson Low Rider FXLR

Just recently purchased a 2019 Harley Davidson Low Rider FXLR form Hopper's and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The gang there where awesome, Dave and Triston were just great! The bike only had 2k on it and as you can see in the picture looking brand new! Also they beat Black and Gold HD price on a same model with less amenities by several $$$$! Check them out if your looking to buy a new bike!

Purchased a HD RoadKing from Hopper Motorplex. Great things to say about Elvis Jr and David. They were professional from beginning to end and a pleasure to work with. Both guys were up front about everything and made my deal painless. Greg

Battery needed to be replaced and they did it while I grabbed lunch. Test drive process was easy, friendly, and helpful with suggestions for me since not from the metroplex. Simple sales process and no high pressure at all. I had my own funding and they worked with my credit union to make this ez a I recommend talking to Cody if you are looking for a bike or new toy.

After finally speaking with someone, we agreed on an out-the-door price for the bikes. Later that same day when we came back to finalize everything, they suddenly changed the price and tried to charge more than what was originally agreed on. To make things worse, we were told the bikes would be fully built and ready when we returned, but when we got there they still weren't even prepared. After trying to calmly talk to the salesman about the situation and asking to speak with a manager, the salesman became extremely unprofessional, started cussing at us, and told us to leave the store. Completely unacceptable customer service and very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend doing business here if you expect honesty, professionalism, or respect.

Went in to test drive a Used slingshot, they automatically popped up with a paperwork and price of a brand new one and almost forced me to finance. After telling them I just wanted to see and test drive one to see if I even liked it they came up with the paperwork of the used one that I originally tried to see in first place. Again I told them how I'm I suppose to try and sign or talk about numbers if I have not even seen the vehicle, Not to add that they were already adding all this warranty and packages I was not interested on. I told them I was looking to purchase a cash vehicle because I was not going to pay 7% interest rate. They basically refused to have me test drive one and mentioned that "THEY DO NOT DO TEST DRIVES ON MOTOR SPORT VEHICLES " so they are just expecting for you to show up, finance with them and purchase a vehicle without even looking at it or driving it. This guys have ZERO costumer service. I have bought and test driven motorcycles from Ducati Dallas and multiple Harley Dealerships and never been through this situation before. Not to mention they made me spend 1 hour of my day inside there.

I haven't met anyone here in person, but Sophia has exceeded anyone's definition of customer…read moreservice. She is genuinely interested in helping me find a bike that fits my age, mobility issues, and budget. (I think there's still a chance she's a bot.) But she seems to care about my needs and texted late Saturday she early Sunday. Who does that? I drove nearly an hour to get to some powersports place on the other side of the metroplex yesterday. Those people couldn't tell me anything. They knew what I wanted before I left home and still didn't have answers when I got there. (I was a tough question: "what's the out the door price on a as particular motorcycle"?) Second girl went to the office to get the information. She was still there when we gave up waiting and left. I have great confidence that Sophia would quickly find out whatever information I needed. Heck, she's provided insight to motorcycles I've looked at at other dealers. This place has unbeatable customer service before you ever get there.

This only applies to the service department. I called them on Thursday to see if the "first come…read morefirst served" deal was still on starting at 9am and a friendly female assured me that it was. I showed up at 8am with wifey's Buddy 125 with a flat for repair. Cameron came out and first asked me if I could pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday since they didn't have a tech to mount the new tire. I explained that I already called and she needed the bike that night for our monthly club ride. Cameron then explained he should have it done by 2pm and it would cost $95 (i supplied the new tire). 2 hours later Cameron called and said now the price would be $165 because they had to remove an exhaust part. I said yes because we needed the bike back for our planned ride. Mind you, Moxie Scooters in Grapevine said they could do the exact same job for $60 dollars but it was too far away to get the bike there on such short notice. I called later to speak with management and they agreed to honor the $95 price but no real plausible explanation for the sudden price increase. She said they had techs with circumstances that kept them away from work at times and I guess customers just have to bear with them. Anyway, when we picked up the bike Cameron said the work did not take as long as he thought so HE bumped the price back down to $95.... the whole thing sounded very shady. I bought BOTH our bikes there but just can't trust them anymore. Moxie Scooters in Grapvine has given us awesome service and that is where both our scooters will go from now on. The Saturday claim of "first come first served" is highly questionable... not the first time we had this sort of issue. After wanting to charge me almost 3 times what Moxie would charge me simply to mount a tire, no more. Can't take our bikes for maintenance to a place we simply don't trust. Respone to GM: 1. I doubt your tecs are almost 3 times better trained or have almost 3 times the expertise than John and his crew at Moxie based on Cameron's attempt to bilk me for $165 to mount a Buddy tire when Moxie qouted me $60 for the exact same job. 2. If you are going to promote "first come first served" on Saturday well you better have the tecs there that can do the work. Customers really don't care about the excuses just like you would not care if a vender or customer skipped payment and then just gave you excuses. Those whose bikes are their only form of transport may really be counting on that Saturday to get to work Monday morning. 3. Had it not been for your intervention I have zero doubt Cameron would have stuck my wife with a $165 bill for changing a tire.... we were stuck and at his mercy. 4. At our group ride two different newbies asked where we do service.....I completely filled them in. This debacle was a topic of discussion with a number of riders. Scooters are probably small potatoes for you guys but word does get around. It's nothing personal... you're sweet and all there are always nice. But we've spent thousands in your store on bikes and service.... you better take good care of those folks because when the leave they won't be back and they will relay their bad experiences to all who will listen.
