However the parts were not correct and did not fit. It was claimed by their "support" criminal that it was my fault. I don't know how this could be. I also requested that they replace the transmission fluid. So far so good until I saw the price that they quoted. Price quoted for replacing brake fluid and transmission fluid (post 'diagnosis') was $671.00. This is *more that double* the rate for the same service at the dealership. When I mentioned that the price seemed excessive they would not budge an inch on the price (as if $671.00 was even within the realm of 'reasonable' for changing brake fluid and transmission fluid). I indicated that I'd be willing to pay $450.00 (still 50% more than the dealership) but apparently they cannot bear the burden of such an excessive 'discount' so no dice. I ended up paying them their ridiculous $165.00 'diagnostic fee' and took it to the dealership and had them change the brake fluid and transmission fluid for $300, total cost was still $200 less than it would have been ($465 vs $671). It is really a shame because these guys used to be down to earth, yes a little pricey but reasonable and did great work, I went to them for years to get work done on my WRX and now I feel embarrassed that I ever had anything done with them. Unless you are getting something exotic done to your vehicle I would strongly recommend staying away, they've become full of themselves and are now charging more than double the rate of the local dealership for 'mundane' stuff that doesn't involve expensive hardware upgrades or performance tuning.
