They have always been quick to diagnose my issues, and with a full shop, have tried their very best to get my bike back to me quickly. The shop has that old school vibe, you won't find a fancy waiting area here, or tvs set up to sit around. The front show room staff have that good ole boy vibe, and will make sure that if they don't have the part I'm looking for, they will find it for me. The building is a little older, easy access from 2 streets, and a quick turn around on oil changes and tire jobs. Don't listen to the bad reviews on here, people have bad days, and nobody is perfect. If you want a shop that has the parts in stock, especially for older models, can do the service work at an honest price, then this is the shop for you. If you want the fancy waiting room, with couches and coffee machines, then go to the stealership and expect to pay more than twice the price. ​

I never asked or gave permission for them to actually install these new parts. These ignoramuses ripped me off and Lied. It's a disgrace they are allowed to continue working in Arlington. These guys are crooks in the worst way because they hide behind a family friendly cover but in reality do not care nor want to help their customers. After five months of hell I finally picked up my four wheeler after a call saying it was ready. Took it to my house and I pulled the new starter....only pulled it once and the new starter I ORIGINALLY went in for broke!!!!... haha I couldn't believe it the one thing I went in for was completely broke worst than when I went in! I'm not sure any of these guys are actually real mechanics. I examined my four wheeler a little more only to find there were bolts loose/missing and new wires just hanging on the handle bar. Lol this will be the last time I ever visit Two Wheel World. What once might of been a respectable business is now just joke, a rat pit, a grease pit!! And a front for washed up mechanics who only waste their own time and yours!!

Most recently I brought in a ridiculous dealer quote for a new transmission among other things to get a second opinion and Derek went through with me all of the issues and explained how it would not be financially prudent to go through with any further repairs on the car and to sell it as is for its parts value. Unprofessional. Bad business. Spent $500 with him and not only is the motorcycle not working but…read moreit's getting progressively worse and he came to my home 4 times for the same issue. My motorcycle would not start properly, but whenever it did, it would start to sputter and die. I paid him for the diagnosis, and he returned later for his first attempt. FAILED. Bike still had the same issues. He made multiple different claims on where the issues could lie and not only was he paid to resolve each of those claims, i paid him extra after he called me complaining about having to return to resolve the issue and would need more money. The bike has been in the same state. First he said it was the carb, then it was the filter, then oil, then he said it could be the dirty gas tank, then he tried to blame me and say maybe i've been riding it with no gas . Just money hungry and won't solve your problem immediately. He will just keep milking your money. Hes going to reply to thisand make a claim that's he's fixed things, but never the main issue, he's just been spitballing and guessing instead of figuring out the actually problem which was the bike not staying on and that's was costing me money.
