Mike and his crew were great to work with. Did what he said when he said he would do it. I'll come back.

Mike was great. He got my bike up and running when other bike shops had a 1-2 day wait to install a new tire. Thanks mike. I'll be back.

Horrible service!! I went to Two Wheel World to get a new rope for my starter and to check out a…read moresmall leak on my four wheeler.. ended up with a new carburetor and a new manifold. They cut all my gas lines, that were replaced the year before, and hit me with a fat bill of new gas lines and the new carburetor and manifold. I never asked or gave permission for them to actually install these new parts. These ignoramuses ripped me off and Lied. It's a disgrace they are allowed to continue working in Arlington. These guys are crooks in the worst way because they hide behind a family friendly cover but in reality do not care nor want to help their customers. After five months of hell I finally picked up my four wheeler after a call saying it was ready. Took it to my house and I pulled the new starter....only pulled it once and the new starter I ORIGINALLY went in for broke!!!!... haha I couldn't believe it the one thing I went in for was completely broke worst than when I went in! I'm not sure any of these guys are actually real mechanics. I examined my four wheeler a little more only to find there were bolts loose/missing and new wires just hanging on the handle bar. Lol this will be the last time I ever visit Two Wheel World. What once might of been a respectable business is now just joke, a rat pit, a grease pit!! And a front for washed up mechanics who only waste their own time and yours!!

Dude had car back to me in a day and a half. Derek has a very nice shop, is certified VW Tech and definitely knows what he is talking about. Good luck beating his prices and quality. They always make sure to actually listen to all of the information you have about little quirks or issues before they start a diagnostic, and will go over EVERYTHING in easy to understand detail before doing any work, something I've found as a female car owner to be lacking at most repair shops. Most recently I brought in a ridiculous dealer quote for a new transmission among other things to get a second opinion and Derek went through with me all of the issues and explained how it would not be financially prudent to go through with any further repairs on the car and to sell it as is for its parts value. Not what I was hoping to hear about my once trusty steed, but what I needed to. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a truly honest and capable mechanic with a German vehicle.
