We were in straight crisis in the middle of the night! I called this company and they came to save the day at 12am. I was happy to sent them a small travel fee online for them to drop their plans and help asap. Our tech found us and got straight to work he just needs somewhere with a flat top and a plug! Unfortunately the device broken needed a special screen component that had to be ordered. We were very sad because we had to attend a conference at 9am! MAD CLUTCH. He showed up at 9am and got the phone fixed with the new part! We were a couple min late but able to do the job finally. I needed to replace the back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro Max... I got quoted 110 which was very cheap…read morecompared to other places that quoted 215. This made me drive about 45 minutes from where I live to save some money. In top of the 110 quote they offered a free charging port cleaning to not one but two phones (mine and my boyfriends). When I got there though.... The quote changed back to 215 dollars and they tried to say I needed to pay for the other phones port cleaning. Needless to say I was pissed though I'm not one to make a scene. After the service was completed which took 2 hours longer than expected for a total of around 8 or 9 hours... i came to pick up my phone which still wasn't ready. Then they decided to clean the second port for free. Oh and they didn't even fix the ports charging issue :) so yea that wasted my time as well. Overall, I wasted my time, paid the same amount of money, and am glad it's all over. I will never be coming back and I recommend you only go if you live close bc you won't be saving any money. My wife bought a phone from them and the screen just stopped working after an update. I went to them and their business hours is not correct. Waited 2 hours till they were finally opened. They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning.
