I needed an iPhone screen replaced and they said ok. Warning, never get your iPhone screen replaced and an unauthorized repair place. They put a good looking screen on but because it was off brand there were a bunch of touch issues. Then I went to an apple cert repair spot and they said they can't touch it because non cert person touched it. Batteries + did replace the screen under warranty but I run my business with this phone. It was 100% working with the factory screen cracked. That's what I need it to be fixed. read more

I've taken three I-Phones there over the past month, all three for screen replacement and one also for a battery replacement. Service was quick, reasonable and good quality. I've also been there in the past to get replacements for obscure bulbs and batteries and found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. read more

The staff is friendly however the repair service for mobile devices is lousy. I took my iPod back 3 times after the initial repairs didn't work. It was never done right. On the 4th attempt to have it fixed correctly they would not honor their own warranty. This is not what was expected or agreed to. read more

Do not bring your phone here to be repaired. There is a reason the stores name is Batteries Plus Bulbs...that's the only thing they specialize in. NOT PHONE REPAIRS. I came here last minute to get an iPhone screen repaired. I was quoted 1 hour repair time. Dropped the phone off, then I was quoted 1 hour 45minutes (not sure why I was the only customer in the store). An hour later I get a call saying they can't fix it because there was a stripped screw in the inside of the phone. It took them 1 hour to open the phone and tell me they can't do anything?!? It's not like they were so busy with dozens of customers! No one goes into this store EVER! Off to the Apple Store I go. read more

The guys here are friendly and very helpful, I bought a bater for a rechargeable flashlight that had quit working thinking I had a bad battery, unfortunately it was a bad led bulb that they could not order, because the flashlight is not manufactured anymore the had an old one just like mine behind the counter and traded me my old broken one for the old working one! Paul was nothing but condescending and told me that they don't rent batteries and I had to pay a restocking fee.
