This is my go-to store for Burlington. I shop a lot! The greeter is almost always at the door. The staff at the registers are always friendly and working hard despite how busy they are and how messy the store gets from customers and their unsupervised children. ***I have to add a quick note about the parking lot security. I walked out of the store after shopping to find that he had stopped (on a Friday), thieves from stealing or breaking into my car. Yes, he had he high beams on them and they were smiling as I walked to my car, and they drove off.***Security you are amazing and this happened over a month ago but I will not forget and will be in touch with the owners who hired you to commend you on the GREAT WORK!. This location is a smaller version of the one that use to be in Southwest Center Mall in Dallas. This is the main issue I have with Burlington Coat Factory. Living in the Southern sector you will not get as many stores or restaurants like up North. So when we do it does not need to be a smaller version of one. In most cases it will be the only one in the area for several miles. The next closest Burlington's is located in Arlington Texas. This location in Cedar Hill does not have a fraction of the items like the other locations have. Plus it is so much smaller. Then you will notice that at this location it has way more traffic which makes it a little unpleasant to shop. I have also noticed that a lot of the items have been tossed around and out of place. This is not the Burlington's I'm use to shopping at. It feels more like a hand me down store. I have came and it has been a hit it miss the last few times. I think I will just go to the other locations. The prices are already low so there are not many sales or discounts. read more

I have been in Line for 45 min there is one cashier in the store with a line wrapped around the building where is the manager. This is plain slavery to have one cashier checking out all these customers. We have asked for the manager no answer. it is not about the customer service but what about this one cashier. This is a shame the manager needs to be fired. read more

They really need to close these stores or at least takes Coats of the store front. This business used to be the place to go for coats. Not one coat to be found at any of the 6 stores I have been in the DFW area. read more

Well stocked, neat and very friendly staff. I'm not sure why the reviews here are so low; many are from some time ago so perhaps a management change brought improvements? I always have a positive experience here, unlike a lot of other retail places in Cedar Hill. read more

I've noticed that this burlington is under staffed consistently, I left the line saturday around 1pm because it was all the way too the bathroom, I come back around 9:30 and the same two cashiers were standing up there.
