I had the BEST customer service of my life and I don't even go shopping in stores anymore, but Jalisa, I believe that's her name. Young black girl that goes to Texas A&M. She gave the best customer service ever. She was so sweet and she was helping everyone they was like. Why are you not all over the store because she gave the most sincere service ever!!! Store is fine. My review is on the management/ employees.Disappointed and annoyed. As a long time customer, for an error to take place on their processing of a return/exchange was crazy. To process an exchange one way one day. Then tell you by management, that who ever did it was wrong. Okay, that's training issues. But now that I'm here and want an exchange and your cashier did it wrong, what's your solution?... oops- we can't do the exchange now. Since my employee did a return vs what you requested. I will need you to drive back, waste time/money, to do this exchange another day. The fact that mistakes were made on their part and never did they try to fix the issue is mindless. Crazy thing is they could have done my exchange, made the price adjustment on the item (as they did 11/28/23 and explained any return/exchange process for future reference. read more

H&M is the newest addition to the renamed and renovated Hillside Village. The grand opening was on October 8th 2015. Upon walking in we were greeting to a live DJ that kept you grooving. It's a standard H&M. One level, women, men and children's clothing. They also have a beauty department with make-up, nail polish and etc. This H&M is not as big as some others in the surrounding cities. However, it is a welcomed addition to the southern sector of Dallas. It has all your typical fast fashion and meets the needs of your everyday trendy person. read more

I'm not sure if this store has a manager but whoever he/she is needs to make sure all customers entering this location are wearing a mask! There are signs on the door that indicate you have to wear a mask before entering but no associates are implementing this at all. read more

Let me start by saying I really want to love H&M. This just isn't the case. I went in looking for a white/off white blouse to wear for a business presentation. Possibly slacks and a blazer to match. I was ready to spend some money. I selected 8 items(5 tops, 3 bottoms) all size 14, my size in almost every store. 1 out of 8 fit. Disappointed I asked where the plus size section was and was point towards an 8×6 area with 8ft wall and two small racks of clothes. None of which were suitable for a business presentation. 40 sqft of space out of the entire store dedicated to plus size clothing. Do you understand how ridiculous this is when size 12-14 is the average American woman's size and your sizes run about a size and a half too small? Step it up H&M Hillside Village. Brand new H&M store stocked with lots of cheap trendy clothes. Angel B's review is spot on. It opened not long ago and is smaller than other H&M stores. Though it's smaller it is still well stocked and kept up well. The store had plenty of staff to help too. read more

As someone who has been to H&M all over the world, including Sweden the mother country of this chain, I'm not impressed. I walked in and it was a standard H&M. Beautiful store, lots of beautiful clothes, and the famous red and white signs indicating what items were on sale. No customer service and very scant merchandise. It's really sad that this is the H&M that Texas gets because I've seen much better in Sweden, D.C., and elsewhere. Try again H&M in Cedar Hill because this store is turrible. read more

No customer service at all. The employees walk right past you without greeting you or asking if you need assistance. Not friendly at all and when we did ask a question, it seemed as if we were bothering them. Can't spend my money where I don't feel welcomed. read more

Do NOT expect the salespeople to help you if you're trying to find an item in the store. They acted like you're bothering them if you ask a question. Some guy with a headset on seemed to think he was SWAT and kept trying to ask an employee questions through the headset as the employee was standing right next to him. read more
