One of the shirts I picked out fit well but I wanted the sleeve length a bit longer as to show outside the jacket. Winston proposed that I take the one I tried on for the interviews, since I liked the fit and the color otherwise, and for me to come back after my interviews and he would then order the same shirt with a longer sleeve for me to trade. I thought that was pretty cool. A good example of investing in the customer instead of hanging him out to dry.

Due to my watch being so tiny it took a minute for them to service it but in the waiting time the store clerk was really nice and state the issue. For starters it appears as though they have removed or limited some of the higher end brands (i.e. Marchesa, Eileen Fisher, etc). They also have lots of clearance items that are cheaper at the Dillards outlet. Also, they've added more casual and what I like to call "Little House if the Prairie chic" except there is nothing remotely fashionable about these clothes. And on top of all that, the staff is so unfriendly. I spent a good 30 minutes in the second floor women's clothing areas and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help finding anything. And it was in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday so I could count the number of customers on one hand. Super disappointed that this location has devolved in this way.

I stopped and picked up a best for an outfit on my way home one night and stupidly did not even try it on, just bought it and took it home. I went to put it on the next day and it did not fit. Put it back in the bag and took it back, less than 24 hours later. The minute I said I had a return the sales persons demeanor changed. She was rude, condescending and ugly. She accused me of damaging the merchandise and trying to return something that was broken. I hadn't even had the thing in my possession for 24 hours-how does it get damaged in that time frame? The low down - she would not take it back, even though I had the bag receipt etc. So I learned an expensive lesson to NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. Too bad, because I was on my way to being a "regular" at thier shop. Now I have a belt that is too small that I paid $40.00 for - live and learn and if you do shop here, always try on at this store - they do not return even though they say they do.
