Got scolded as a customer for following the directions provided in email for in store pickup. We got a mattress topper that was put in bulk orders which is in the back, was told to go to customer service per email, we waited for help at customer service until a cashier was available. When approached by cashier he was in a friendly manner and was providing help. Once the manager, Debbie, came to the desk the whole mood changed. She was not only rude and abrasive towards her employees but to us and other customers as well. We had followed the provided instructions given by the email and she berated for not going through checkout rather than going through customer service as we were directed to do. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to tell the customers that they were wrong for following the provided instruction and do it in such a flippant manner. read more

They have some pretty good employees here. They also have someone greet you at the door. I think Kohl's has improved in the past year! I mainly go here to return my Amazon packages. They are very efficient and helpful when returning Amazon packages. The fact that they take Amazon returns really increases foot traffic in the store. In fact, I wouldn't normally shop at Kohl's but since they take amazon returns, I might start shopping here! Very nice people working here and efficient returns. 4/5! read more

This location is a joke. I stood in line for 20 minutes listening to the cashier carry on a conversation with the customer. Knowing your the only register open, I would of paid more attention to what's going on around you and not carry on a conversation about where u live while we wait. I wasn't the only customer in line that noticed. read more

Came in with my boyfriend to find a few things for our new apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by the sales we were able to get on bedding and decor! Score! Meh, I just don't like the place. I had a $10 coupon that I needed to redeem so I stopped in to see if I could find a suitable gift for a Christmas gift exchange. They had a pretty decent selection of stuff but I don't like the vibe in this place or the clientele. Only come here when I have a free coupon, otherwise, I prefer to shop other places. read more

I opened a charge account in October 24, 2021. We purchased $33.00 on clothing on the new account. January 20th, 2022 there was an email that said I had not paid on the account and that the amount now owed was $90.00 with two months of late fee's and interest. After that email I called and asked why I never received a statement in November and December, either by snail male or email. They said it was sent but they never said how. I went back to my email account and searchEd. There were 35 emails. One email in late October congratulating me for the new charge card, one on January 20th saying I was in errors on my account and 33 telling me about sales and specials. Capital One is the underwriter on the account and they were useless trying to solve this issue. Funny how after I called to complain (January 24th) I received three snail mail letters from this sorry company. One with a statement, January 24th, one letter saying that they were reviewing my complaint (January 27th, and today, January 31st saying that them destroying my credit rating was my fault and they bore no responsibility. All I can say is I would rate this company lower than the one star if I could. They can take their crappy credit card and shove it. word for the wise, never trust this company with your credit history. I did get them to drop the late fee's and with much yelling on the phone to someone overseas I did get them to drop the interest. They still have not told me how the November and December statements were delivered to me. read more

I would love to give 5 stars. The things I do love is it's convenient, it's very clean and organized. The thing I least like is the workers don't really ever acknowledge you. And the older people and we'll everyone that I've dealt with are pretty much rude. Usually when you walk in a store you hear Hello how are you today" You will hear crickets at this location. I found it very rude the older lady put my money on the counter for me to pick up. That's extremely rude and unprofessional. And I saw her do it to others as well. I wish I didn't have to go there but it's the closet one. read more

Absolutley horrible service. I came here specifically to buy a $300 smart watch. After standing in front of the display for 15 minutes and having 3 associates just walk by and ignore me, one of them TWICE, I am leaving and hqving to go somewhere else to buy it. I will not be back ever. read more

Recently I ordered school clothes for my son online. I attempted to pay my bill online; however, they seemed to think I had recently received a new credit card with 12 digits and would not let me access my account. I sent emails to customer service to no avail. Therefore, I had to go to the store to pay my bill. I choose to go to the Rockwall, TX location since I had to make a return as well. The girl processing the return argued with me which I found surprising and irritating. I've never heard customer service training included, "how to argue with a customer" must be something new they are attempting at Kohl's. I paid my bill and finally left the store. My intent was to never visit Kohl's again. Unfortunately they weren't done torturing me yet. I checked my bank account a few days later to find they had processed my check twice. Now I have to waste even more of my time because they hire idiots and train them to be discourteous to customers. Negative 5 stars. read more
