She said she couldn't do anything about it. She tried to keep the shoes, and I told her I was taking them. So, I'm out $81.00. You can tell they care about quality, and there's something for every taste and budget. What really sets Lana's apart, though, is their clothing. Everything is so cute, stylish, and surprisingly affordable. Whether you're shopping for a rodeo, a night out, or just everyday wear, you're bound to leave with something you love. They have a no refund policy so if you happen to place an order for patches (over the summer), through your kids' school's PTA and then forget what you ordered and walk in to their store and buy stuff, only to realize months later when your school order arrives that you have purchased duplicate patches, then you're screwed. They absolutely WILL NOT give refunds no matter what the excuse (and even though the school buys their patches from this place as well). But other than that, it's a good place to have stuff sewn on and pick up merchandise with your school colors. They also give helpful advice on how to clean dingy-looking patches on leather jackets (since my dry cleaner would have no part of cleaning a leather/wool combo jacket).

I just found out they have another one coming up near the end of July so I had to Yelp it -look them up on Facebook for dates (their website doesn't list dates). Two WARNINGS: Get there EARLY because there is always an extremely LONG line and these women waiting mean business (always lots of pushing, too). Secondly there are no private dressing rooms for trying things on, so be prepared -just one big open area. (It's so worth it, though) No men are allowed in the building.
