Southern Roots offers style for both guys, and the gals: classic looks, casual comfort, and outdoors wear by Patagonia, and other brand names. Classic Birkensock sandals in many colors and designs. Water wear sandals & shoes. I bought a Patagonia "NOH2O" rainproof hooded windbreaker with big waterproof pockets that has done the job when needed, really came in handy. Accessories, hats, sunglasses, accent jewelry, socks, gloves, and more. Staff was pleasant and helpful during my visits. The new Roots at 505 N. Goliad has it's own parking in back, and along the north side. Marked ADA parking space & ramp entry into Roots. So, looks like February 13th, a Saturday, will be a "Block Party" to welcome Southern Roots.

The ladies at the counter asked if they could help, and I explained I was looking for some roses. I found some I liked and they put some greens with them and wrapped them up pretty.
