One of the birthday boys was a good friend of mine from hs. As hes quite the dashing young gent, my ma and I decided to get him cufflinks and monogrammed handkerchiefs. Now one would think we would have acquired said handkerchiefs prior to the day of the party. Hell no! That would make sense. We called up the nice lady at Hometown Threads and luckily she was able to assist us, even though we were calling 12 minutes before close! So we dash over with our handkerchiefs and get things started. She has a cute little shop that smells incredible. Not that we were there long. It took her about 10 minutes to monogram 3 hankies for us. I think we may have paid for the quick turn out because they were $8 a piece which we thought was a little steep but thats what we get for being retarded and procrastinating. All in all, this is by no means an exciting review but it wasnt really an exciting expenditure. Service was alright, price was okay and Im sure we would use her again!

I went to check on it on the 24th. They were closed. I went back on the 27th. They were once again closed. I called the store and requested a call back but there was no return call. I went back on January 7th. I was told she hadn't started it. Without any explanation, I'm sorry, nothing. I just said give it to me. Customer service and communication are among the worst I've ever encountered. I without hesitation would not recommend this location.

Luckily I…read morefound out that Scrubtastic just had recently opened in the Rockwall area and I went to check it out. They have a lot of colors to choose from and lots of sizes. They also have other medical gear to pick and choose. I also signed up for rewards and got a free Scrubtastic pen. I also received a $10 gift card in the mailbox, which was amazing! They have amazing staff that is very friendly and helpful! Personally I think its kind of expensive but worth the quality. I recommend checking the store out!

From the moment we walked in she obviously didn't want to help us (told us she was two weeks out…read moreand I said okay and then she continued to say she was so busy and two weeks out) but begrudgingly proceeded anyway, couldn't alter one of my garments and then when I asked why there was a price difference between two pairs of pants she explained one was wider leg and therefore an additional 4 dollars. I agreed to the price and then she told me to next time find a new shop..it was obviously personal, as two other women came in and she treated them very professionally.
