I took one item on Tuesday, December 17th. I was told I would receive a call on Friday, the 20th if they could get to it before Christmas. I did not receive a call. I went to check on it on the 24th. They were closed. I went back on the 27th. They were once again closed. I called the store and requested a call back but there was no return call. I went back on January 7th. I was told she hadn't started it. Without any explanation, I'm sorry, nothing. I just said give it to me. Customer service and communication are among the worst I've ever encountered. Mary Margaret is so creative and helpful. She creates an amazing product at a very fair price, and she is so kind. Her store is full of gift ideas and if you don't see what you are looking for, she will help you find it! She also does a great job with large scale cooperate orders and orders for schools and teams. She did our Lake Highlands drill team mom visors and had them delivered to Dallas. read more

This business does pretty good work with embroidery. However, the owner/operator needs to learn proper business etiquette and politeness. She's like a stick in the mud. She seems like she wants to run business away. She seems very sour and miserable. She makes promises she can't keep. Probably because she so cheap that she won't hire anyone to help her with back orders. Then again, who could possibly work with this woman. So if you can put up with a bad attitude to get descent workmanship, then this is a place for you. read more

If there was a no star review, it would be given. I purchased 2 backpacks 3 weeks ago from Linda, the owner, at a craft show. She was very rude when accepting my order and money and told me to either come back tomorrow to get the backpacks or they'd be shipped/delivered within 2 weeks. Considering the show was over 2 hours away, I reluctantly asked her to ship them, even though they were Christmas presents, but I figured Christmas was more than 4 weeks away, I'd get them in time...What a mistake...Now, 3 weeks later, she doesn't respond to calls, emails, nothing! She's answered and hung up on me twice. I even went as far as calling the owner of the craft show who also said she's been having issues with her as well and would try calling her for me. No luck. In my opinion, she's stolen my money and I intend on doing whatever is necessary to report her. read more

I have made a few orders from LD Embroidery, through a nice lady named Linda. I also have a couple orders pending and Linda has been great at keeping me updated on my order. Through my first order with Linda, there was a confusion with when it was expected to be done. When I walked in the store ready to pick up, it was not done. Nevertheless, Linda managed to make up for it and have it done that same day. All other orders have went very smoothly. Linda's work is very price-friendly for great quality work. I look forward to utilizing Linda for many more projects. :) read more

Horrible customer service! Hung up on me after I've already paid and won't answer any of my calls. I ordered a backpack that was suppose to be shipped to me three weeks ago! Finally emailed them asking about my order and she said would get to me in 3-5 business days well still not here! Called today and she sent it to the wrong address never once called or emailed me to let me know of the mix up and when I told her why did she promise me one thing and it never happened she started to yell and told me to listen to her and I told her I was the customer I paid my money to HER! She hung up on me and won't contact me any more! read more

I walked in the store to purchase an overnight bag for my daughter and I was completely ignored the whole time. I walked up to the counter to purchase and she just looked at me and went back to working. I waited a few minutes and then put the bag down and walked out.She was rude and I will NEVER use her or recommend her to anyone. She does decent work as I have purchased in Canton and Rowlett... but no more. The worst customer service I have experienced!! It's a shame read more
