The service is always incredible; be it a return, and exchange or a purchase, the staff at this Lululemon is solid. With my most recent visit, after walking in and browsing for a few seconds, I was offered help (which I desperately needed). The staff is super knowledgeable and very patient. I was able to knock out the few items I picked out in minutes, and hop in line to make my purchase. Lululemon isn't cheap, but its well made and the girls in my house love it. As long as I'm provided customer services like I've been getting, my only comment can be 5 stars and a double snap (In Living Color, LOL)

With high ceilings and spacious aisles it's easy to get stuck in here for hours! I was on a mission to find rose gold earrings and I found only a few options. I came in here for two things and left with other items I forgot I needed as well -- like new earring pads for my clip on fancy earrings I wear for special occasions. And shoe spray! I have now been to this shop twice and each time I'm in awe of all the product they carry.

After having them held for a short time, she decided to purchase. We got home and she looked them up online. Turns out they marked them up about 40% and then sold them for pretty much the same price we saw them on multiple websites, including the Lucchese website. I really hate dishonesty. My friend wanted to return them just b/c of the deception, but their horrid return policy meant she was stuck with them and a bad feeling in her gut for believing a small business in our great downtown area! Shame on you Orisons!

When I need a new work or weekend outfit I've started checking here first. Friendly employees and cute stuff - winning! This time I learned she has been feeling nauseous as she was put on speaker phone during my checkout. Rude and stand-offish is how I would describe my overall experience here. Was never asked if I needed help with sizing while trying things on and had to come out half clothed to get another size. I went to the car and saw she overcharged me for a sweatshirt. I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn't refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn't refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. I had her call the owner and they eventually worked it out by making me rebuy the sweatshirt and taking it off of the purchase price. She had attitude the entire time. I will NEVER shop here again.

My boyfriend and I had wanted to go to Allen Premium Outlet. I was thrilled that there is a Gap outlet there. For years, he has teased me over the fact that 80% of my wardrobe is from this store. Ever since I lost a bunch of weight and could actually fit into Gap sizes that used to be capped at a size 16, I have been a fan. Additionally, I am the same size at Gap and its sister stores, Old Navy and Banana Republic, so it makes shopping a breeze. We walked into this store and I was in heaven. I don't know what happened to him. I just kept looking at the lovely selection of jeans, cute t-shirts, and more. I was thrilled with the sleepwear section. I found shorts that were on sale for $7.99 a pair. There was a sale going on to get an additional 50% off, so these shorts were going for $4 a pair. I tried them on in the change room and they fit perfectly. I scooped up three pairs. The change room was bright and clean. I had no problems finding one, trying these shorts on, and more. I also found a pair of camo shorts for the summer. They were incredibly comfortable and were going for $5. Yes, please! My boyfriend doesn't tease me about my Gap clothes anymore. I don't tell him that Gap is fabulous. He just looks at the prices and styles, and picks out items that he likes. He found a pair of GapFit shorts. He tried them on and loved how lightweight their were. He got them for $5. He wore them back at the hotel before heading down to the gym. They looked comfortable and good on him. Staff at this store were friendly. I had a cheerful person cash me out. The one helping him out was chatty. It was almost like he was telling her his entire story about living in Canada! I love this store. It offers great deals on clothing. (67)

The ruffles, my God, the ruffles! The sequins! I was in heaven. Then I found that the store had virtually nothing over a size medium, and your girl is a comfortable XL/XXL. Disappointing is an understatement. The store is 92% size XS-M, 7% size L, and 1% size XL. I'm not exaggerating. Now, from an unbiased standpoint, the shop has a lot of great women's clothing, gifts, candles, accessories, and children's clothing. The prices aren't cheap so be prepared, but the items are unique.
