They are very helpful but they do not always measure right. Go to Petticoat Fair to get fittted.

So happy I took my teen daughter here for a fitting after a not-so-great one at Soma. If you are…read morevery large busted with a lower band size or you know someone who is, you have more options here--plenty of choices. My daughter received an accurate fitting here. Changing rooms have doors rather than curtains. Highly recommend!

This place is great, especially for those of us blessed with very large chests lol. They have a…read moregood selection & the store is kept clean and very organized. There is one person who works there, though, who could use a refresher in how to have a bit more gentle touch with customers, especially if those customers seem to maybe actually know what they're talking about when it comes to their own bra size. Ask them a few questions that 'only those who know would know'-- If they say they've been measured recently and know their size with surety, don't belittle them or keep trying to prove them wrong. Checking in and asking to try on a couple bras felt like the Great Inquisition. I get that they need to ask some questions, but if I know how to answer them & have all of my recent measurements, can I just try on a damn bra please--without being treated like I'm lying or like you need to condescendingly pat me on the head & prove that I don't know what I'm talking about? I am 48 years old and have been measured for bras by professionals and myself (using the abrathatfits calculator on reddit, which is a much more complete & invasive measurement than any bra store will do) multiple times over the years, including less than a month ago. I know what my size was 5 years ago, and I know what my new size is now. I know my UK size & my US size. I know what type & shape of cups & material fit me best and what types don't. I also have very projected, omega shaped bre@sts, which are difficult to fit on the underside. Almost never will a wire sit directly in my inframammary crease, unless the bra is custom made for me. I get that you don't want to waste customers time, want to prevent frustration, and also don't want to possibly damage your inventory...but if I know *exactly* what I need, can I please just try it without having to prove myself or be forced to have you measure me? I swear I am here to actually buy (very expensive) bras from you, not waste either of our time. Not all of us are bra novices. Some of us do actually know what we're talking about, after having to deal with our own giant tatas for the past 35 years. I vaguely remember this happening the last time I visited them at their old location too, I bet it was this same person. The second employee who helped me had a much softer, much friendlier "bedside" manner, and to be honest, I wish she'd been the one to greet me from the start, because the interaction with her left a much better taste in my mouth. Tbh I'm actually hesitant to even go in there again after how it went today, even though I walked out with some bras that fit very well in the size I originally requested. Buying nice bras for large sizes is hard enough, shopping shouldn't feel like this.

I worked for Victoria Secret many years ago at a different location, so I'm familiar with the brand and customer service expectations. I walked into the Waters Creek location, no greeting or acknowledgement of walking in. There was an associate at the front entrance area. I proceeded to the back of the store, still no acknowledgement. Walked over to the sale section of the store and started looking at products, no acknowledgement, no shopping bag offer. Waited in line behind another customer with products in my hands and on my arms. An associate came over to let us in. No check-up in the dressing room. Finally, greeted at check-out by the cashier. Although, I didn't want one, but here is where I was trained to ask customers if they would be interested in applying for the Victoria Secret credit to help save on their purchase, earn rewards, etc. Nothing was offered to me or the customer next to me. Upon leaving no thank you for coming in by the associates by the door. Associate floor training needs to happen. Employees should have been actively walking around offering a bra fitting, inquiring if I needed a shopping bag, what brings me in, etc.

I'd rather have VS than VD, but I do think these clothes promote the transfer of VD and such, because they are so damn sexy. This VS is in Allen, not to be confused with the one in Alien, which is located on Mars, and only Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, and occasionally George Clooney go there. Am I missing anyone? No I didn't mean am I missing anyone with my jokes. This is a cute little location of VS located at Watter's Creek, and it has a decent amount of stuff and is sometimes busy and sometimes a little quiet. It was close to closing time when we were here so they were not very happy with anybody being in the store at all, and were a little bit pissy with us. That's the only reason for the slightly lower rating. So it's more like Ignoreya's Secret. Because the employees will ignore you while you wait in line and 27 hours later you might just get out of here. Maybe. Possibly. But Barbie is a bad ass b**ch, so she ignored them, and got a couple of cool things from here. All in all, she likes this location and the fancy outdoor mall is really really nice and Posh as well, but not as much as Victoria Beckham. Bae says: VS stands for Very Sexy, obviously! VS has great collections, like Pink and VSX and beauty. The Pink clothes are super cute. VSX has really stylish durable workout leggings and tops. VS makes awesome body sprays and lip glosses and bags. My favorite is their free tote bags. I always find something nice here. Good times and a good store even if it is very expensive, much like hiring a lawyer for when Barbie divorces me.
