I had read prior reviews about super bad service, so I was hesitant to go into this store, but I decided to just try them anyway since they were having a huge bra sale. It's possible they have changed management. They couldn't have been more attentive. Also, their bras are super good quality and last way longer than those I've bought at other stores. read more

Amazing customer service in this little shop. The woman who fitted me for my bra also entertained my 3 year old in the area outside the dressing room so I could try on my bras in PEACE. When we realized I'd lost 6 inches in my band size she way almost as excited for me as I was for myself!!! The bras I purchased were made incredibly well and were beautiful. I also purchased pajamas as a gift for my mother. The sales lady gift wrapped them and even found a coupon I'd been mailed previously and applied it to my total! Not only that she wrapped my mothers gift in a lovely box! This is a top notch place for classy unmentionables and cozy pajamas. I suspect I will be a customer for a long time to come. read more

I drove 25 miles this morning to get to this location; showed up a tad early and hung out until opening hours. I've been putting off "bra shopping" for too long, but finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done. I walked up to the door at 10:01 - door locked. OK, just a bit late getting things moving - no problem, I'll hang out, shouldn't be long. Meanwhile, a girl sits on a bench about 15 feet away on her phone. 10 minutes go by and I'm getting concerned. The girl on the bench gets up and comes over and says: "So obviously you're here to shop." Um - yes. Continues: "Well I don't know where Person number one or Person number two (I didn't catch names) are and they're not answering the phone. So I don't know how long you have to wait." Turns around and returns to the bench. Okay, beyond the fact that your employees - at least those with keys and opening duties - really should make more of an effort to show up to work on time, I think a bit of customer service retraining might be in order. How about.."I'm sorry that we're late getting the store open this morning; if you have other shopping to do in the area and leave me your number, I'd be happy to call as soon as we open things up." Or even "I'm sorry we're running behind today, if you don't care to wait we have another location at Stonebriar Mall. Very sorry for the inconvenience." But no - and on top of that, now I have to go to a mall. I despise malls. read more

Love Soma undies! They are very comfortable and last "almost" forever without any special care. I caught a sale today and decided to replenish my supply. They also sell really well made sleep wear. I have a couple of pieces from a few years back that still look almost new. I do take a few more precautions when I wash the sleep wear but nothing gmajor, more so just trying to keep the temps low. The sales ladies who were at the Watters Creek location today were very helpful, friendly and wearing beautiful smiles. I enjoyed shopping experience. Highly recommend. read more

I really want to rave about Soma Intimates because they do a very good job helping women find the right bra size, and they don't carry sleazy looking lingerie like Victoria's Secret does, and (no offense to people who like VS, but their customer service is horrible and the quality of their underwear and bras has gotten worse.) I decided to give Soma Intimates a chance because a friend of mine told me that the bras fit much better and even though a person would pay more for a bra, that bra would last longer, and they have a much classier selection. Victoria's Secret in the 90's, use to carry very classy looking nightgowns and very conservative looking attire. Now everything looks like something a hooker might wear to meet her Jon. Soma is the complete opposite. Everything is very beautiful and very well made. Yes, you're going to have to pay more for a nightgown, and the bras are about the same price as Victoria's Secret, but they are much better quality. The first time that I entered the store I was somewhat clueless because at that point I had no idea what size I wore, or what to look for, or where to find it? The salesgirl asked me to put on a pair of pajamas and she took me in the back and measured me. She proceeded to pull out twenty different bras and she told me to try all of them on and find out which one I liked the best. Unfortunately, she thought I was much bustier than I actually am, and none of the bras fit correctly. She didn't care, and grabbed the same bras in a smaller size. I tried on one bra (the balconette bra,) and it was incredible. Not only is it beautiful and classy looking, but it fits very well. You do not need any sort of push up bra like Victoria's Secret likes to push on women to make them feel inadequate. I was so taken with this bra that I actually bought another one in a different color. They have a wide arrange of women's underwear that are perfect for women of all ages. I believe that at any age a woman should feel sexy, and Soma is good about making women of all ages feel sexy about themselves. Just recently I bought a nightgown at Soma and yes it was expensive but I didn't mind because I don't spend a ton of money on nightgowns and I was taken with the way the nightgown was made and how it looked on me. I've tried on certain nightgowns that looked really awful, but this one was a very good fit. I wouldn't say that I would frequent Soma all of the time because I could end up spending quite a bit of money if I didn't control myself, but I will allow myself to go there on special occasions, or if I need to find a bra for a specific outfit that I've purchased. I must say that the customer service at the Watters Creek location is fantastic and I can't express how grateful I am toward the woman who waited on me when I needed the balconette bra. She was very patient and she took the time to actually find something that was flattering for my figure. I was also dealing with my Mother being very ill and in a coma at the time, and I needed some retail therapy to clear my mind, and I had a fun time looking at nightgowns and trying on pajama's and bras. I typically don't enjoy trying on lingerie or bras, but the salesgirl made it an enjoyable experience. So thank you Soma at Watters Creek for your wonderful customer service, and keep it classy! read more

Today (March 5th, 2016) was my first time to ever shop at Soma, and I will never go back! The employee was so rude and had a terrible attitude. I was in the store around 6pm, she was very annoyed that I only wanted to buy one product. So pushy and rolled her eyes every time I wasn't interested in a product she suggested. At checkout she was so rude I almost just walked out of the store. (The rude employee I'm referring to is the one who was NOT expecting a baby, the pregnant employee seemed nice). But I will never shop here again, and would not recommend this store to anyone read more
