I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!

Got the bag and had the pants hemmed. About $600 all together. I don't know suits too well but after hunting for what felt like forever, I feel I got a good value on this suit. Service was slow - maybe they were busy? I had to wait often for someone to come to me on both occasions. Good suit selection here, giving it 3 stars because I have a sensitive nose and the right half of the store smells very strongly for some reason. This isn't the only suit store to be like this - a few others that were not well ventilated had the same issue, and some didn't at all.

Where do I even begin. I went into the location without an appointment and was greeted by the…read morefriendliest person! He was extremely helpful and got lots of information for my fiancé and I. During this meeting he gave us some pricing and discussed our budget. The numbers he provided and the fabric we selected were in that budget. We wanted to move forward, but I forgot the nice gentleman's name. I called in to get some information and a lady answered. She was also pleasant so I described what we were needing. She offered to come to our house and take his measurements. I explained the exact colors we were interested in and asked her to text us some samples so neither of our time is wasted. She also provided us with some loose numbers which were also in alignment with what the original rep quoted us. Our appointment comes and there's a man with her. A different man than the one I met before. I believe his name was Richard. This man was the most disrespectful individual I've ever met in my life. He was insulting and wildly unprofessional. After their unnecessarily long presentation the price he quoted us was DOUBLE then what was originally quoted by 2 other individuals. In addition, once we stated we were not interested. He high tailed it out of our house without even shaking our hands and just walked away. The issue for us is the bait and switch. I'm sure they make a lovely product but we can't in good faith spend money with a company who has terrible customer service. I was hoping the lovely lady was going to follow up and ask for feedback, but it's been a few weeks and I've heard nothing from them. It's unfortunate it ended this way but I did want to warn future shoppers.

Ordered a suit in January. In March it arrived but the jacket was roughly a size 46 when I am a size 43. The waist was about a size 36 when I am about size 33. The only thing that matters to get right was the length of the pants. So they took new measurements and made adjustments. I finally received the suit in June. Because it had to be heavily altered the second time none of the seams appear right. It does not look like a professionally tailored suit. Very u

I only have 4 stars because when I emailed them about a different bag I was never given a reply. I'm not saying that they actually do have poor customer service if you call, but they either didn't respond to my email or didn't receive it (maybe it went to the junk mail folder??).
