I had a hair appt in the center and arrived early so I wandered the area and spotted it! I bought a Christmas item and had to rush to my appointment. I'm returning to buy MUCH more. I've shopped at many of the locations and always marveled at the sweet care the sales associates exhibited and usually walked out with more than I planned for because of the positive experiences. Today was a big exception. Not one associate (out of three) greeted me when I walked in, no one offered to help, and when I checked out there was no word of appreciation. It was cold. In fact, one woman glared at me without a word or smile- twice! I felt like I had walked in on a high school click. Mary, these employees need some basic sales training.

I found photos of cute cutting boards and Personalized Gallery would allow me to upload the logo of the organization and add custom text. This was exactly what I was looking for and it was pretty close to where I live. I placed my order after a few email exchanges, making sure I would receive gifts exactly as I wanted them. Personalized Gallery made and shipped the cutting boards promptly. They look terrific and will be a very personal gift, custom made for the recipients at a perfectly reasonable cost. I could tell that this company really wants to do a great job because in my order, there was one board with the font in a smaller size which must mean that they ran one board, didn't like how it looked, ran the rest of them at a larger font size but threw in the bonus one for free. I will absolutely consider using them for any future graduation, wedding, company items because that little touch showed me they cared about getting me a great product!

I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. After picking what we needed, we paid for the papers, she didn't even smile and was very rude. The reason I am writing this review is because I feel that it is unfair for the owner to have people working for them that act like this. The only thing this woman achieved is for us, in the future, is to try to buy what we need somewhere else. People like this only deter buyers, and in the end, the owner is the only one losing clients.
