We went to the Paper Source located at Watters Creek in Allen, TX on 9/4/24 around 11 am. As soon as we went in, the woman attending didn't even acknowledge our presence, even though we were the only ones there. We wanted to buy paper for an ART class, since the teacher from College suggested this store. After trying to located it ourselves without avail, since this woman made us feel uninvited and din't even ask if we needed help, I had to ask her, and she only pointed at the back wall. After picking what we needed, we paid for the papers, she didn't even smile and was very rude.
The reason I am writing this review is because I feel that it is unfair for the owner to have people working for them that act like this. The only thing this woman achieved is for us, in the future, is to try to buy what we need somewhere else. People like this only deter buyers, and in the end, the owner is the only one losing clients. read more
