Im a huge fanatic when it comes to stationary, so this is one of the higher ends stationary stores that has abundance of small business, gifts, greeting cards, and so much more! Although its a bit on the expensive side, we do need to note that we are also supporting small businesses within paper source as well which I love to support being a small business owner myself. The lady inside greeted me with such a warm welcome and created convo with every person that was open to. We spoke about her life, recovery and a bit of mine which made me really happy about the personal connections being made here! She is just a sweet, positive human being, I wish I caught her name but kudos to her for making my day!!! Im so excited to come back next time to support such a lovely store. read more

Love this store! Went back over the weekend. I love being in a comforting space, admiring and shopping for beautiful items. I'm big on stationary and love hand written notes. I needed a new set of thank you cards and stocked up on a ton of single cards for upcoming birthdays, celebrations, and holidays. Wanted to ensure I'm the first person to mail a card to my nephew who isn't yet earthside but provided instructions to his parentals to read it to him in the womb ;) Fabulous selection, kind service. I had an amazing experience at this store and the staff was beyond wonderful. The store is laid out in a great and organized manner that made the shopping experience even better. I signed up for their rewards program and will definitely be back to shop for myself and gifts for others. It's decked out with all the Paper Source necessities, as well as all the adorable seasonal items. This is such a cute store! We were in the shopping center for another store, but had to stop in here when it caught our eye. They have a great selection of stationary, greeting cards, and gifts. I could've browsed much longer in the store, they have so many fun things! I ended up finding some perfect graduation and birthday cards that I needed, as well as a feminist-inspired tote bag for a friend's birthday. The employees were extremely friendly and positive. Came in for unique valentine cards and they only had cards for lovers. None for friends, kids, grown children. What a disappointment. The sales person helped me fine a generic card but why weren't those cards on the display? She almost lost the sale. Also the back of store was a mess. They had large boxes stacked on the table. If they were doing stocking they should do it when they are closed. It cheapened the look of the store. Last month I was there and they were using back of store for inventory or stocking also. It was hard to fine items. The way it was merchandised was confusing. Kid stuff, Father's Day stuff in February? clean up the store and merchandise it better read more

Beautifully displayed merchandise and staff was friendly and helpful but 3 stars because of the faux calligraphy class I took there before Covid . The "teacher" or more like facilitator showed us a few things and let us practice on our own. Basically, we were doing our own thing - No basics or real instructions. Maybe that's why it's called "faux". I have taken several calligraphy classes in the past and wanted to learn "modern calligraphy". But when a student asked the facilitator to show her how to write an "E" and it was nothing but a handwritten "E", that's when I made an excuse that I had to leave early and walked out. They have a fantastic selection of unique cards that, though not cheap, definitely look & feel of high quality. Perfect place to stop in if you're tasked with putting together a gift for a buddy's birthday, mother's day, or any similar occasion. Between wedding planning and my Etsy shop, I've become very familiar with the Paper Source. It's nestled in the cute shopping strip along with James Avery and a few neat looking restaurants. The staff here is extremely helpful with anything you need. If there's a specific color/paper/envelope you're looking for, give them a call before you head to the store and they'll set aside the amount you requested (or save you a trip). I believe that they offer classes, but I've stumbled in there and randomly learned how to emboss things, which led to making my own wedding invitations! As an amateur calligrapher, I also addressed my own wedding envelopes and can vouch that their paper quality won't bleed with sumi or Dr. Martin's White Ink. Tons of choices for any project you're working on and was a lot more affordable than I thought it would be! read more

im SHOCKED this place did not have a yelp listing. ive been living in this part of town for a few years and JUST found out this place has been here since august 2013?!?!? maybe bc its RIGHT next to tom thumb in that big shopping center and tom thumb is about as great on prices as ferraris are. i have a secret and big appreciation for good stationary. in this age of social media and the barriers it creates between humans i really value taking time to write out correspondences for special occasions or people. i've lived all over the us and i like this place the best bc it has stuff that is completely unique vs a hallmark. you can even feel it in the texture since many of their stuff is letterpress and you know its high quality vs hallmark. they are going into that space but they aren't there yet. papyrus is great but their stuff doesn't have any character or life to their items. they have beautiful stationary but the stuff at paper source is so much better and the selection is so much more diverse in terms of tone and materials - yet the recipient will know you didn't get this a target or walmart. there's paper affair which is sort of the same but the selection at paper source is night and day in my opinion. its more of a glorified target type of selection to me there vs paper source the avg price for a card is $4-$5 just so you know but if im taking time to sit down and write out a well thought out note then im not going to bitch about $4-$5. call me old fashioned. then again people spend sooooooooooooooooooo MUCH more time on their wedding plans such as stationary than they do actually working on them after so maybe im NOT old fashioned?!? they do a ton of custom work but i have never touched that side of the business. i do not work for them, audit me if you want! read more

I was referred to Paper Source by a friend and I absolutely loved my first experience. I went in to pick out my wedding invitations. Ashley was wonderful! She walked me through the process of paper, design and color selection and presented me with books to flip through that were filled with samples. Everything from detail, font, color, printing texture. Who knew there was so much that goes into invitation selection!!?? LOL! We set up an appointment to complete my order and confirm all details for my invitation. She gave me options for pricing based off my wedding budget and made my experience super easy! Ashley and Hannah helped me so much I can't even explain the energy of the night. I had so many ideas for Valentines Day and they took them and made them 19 times better! I really appreciate the fact that it wasn't like I was just some guy in a card store it was actually super fun, one of the best experiences I've had and I definitely will be back. The merchandise here is great with some unique cards and paper products. However, the staff is less than friendly. I ordered some merchandise online and it wasn't what I wanted and went to return it. They gave me some grief that they couldn't accept returns from online orders. Only after I stated that I had emailed customer service yesterday and they said I could return at any store and would be happy to pull up that email. All of a sudden they could accept a return. It is funny that the suffering retail industry still doesn't get that we don't have to shop at their stores and how unpleasant they make retail shopping. read more
