The overall build quality is very low and nowhere near what you'd expect for the price. What makes this even worse is the customer service. There has been no effort to fix the problem, replace the defective cushions, or offer a reasonable solution. I've been passed around with no accountability and no real support. This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.
