Went in Monday at 400- and almost no staff was there even though they close at 530 pm. So then I scheduled online for Tuesday. I showed up for my 2 pm appointment and checked in, then inquired again at 10 after.... and then after waiting for 29 minutes for ANYONE to assist me, I left. That amount of wait time without kind accommodation really just past my threshold for what is a reasonable use of my personal time. Their capacity does not match their advertising. Sign up online is easy, text reminders for your appt. are flowing...but in the end execution is lacking. On service, I give them no stars. Made me wonder how a curtain order would get handled and if it would get lost, shelved or delayed....

Design perfection! Thank you to Norma for a 10 out of 10…read moredesign. From creating a mood board, to selecting the most comfortable furnishing, to working with me to find alternative options during our design meetings, the experience was truly enjoyable. On the sale side working with Evan, I loved the quick communication over text and the detailed invoices to review. He was always available for my questions or change updates. My only issue was there was no actual signed contract for our big project. This made my husband and I uneasy at times, but Living Modern has an amazing showroom that is not going anywhere anytime soon. You can put your trust in Evan and you can't do any better than Norma's design experience. I would absolutely recommend giving them your business. You will be in good hands!

They had 100s of individual booths from different venders, all with different merch. I fell in love with a Chinaware and furniture. I think everything is priced by the individual venders so some were expensive and some were not. (However a lot of stuff was vintage and chic so worth it). The even had a booth for purses. I was amazed by the selection. No pictures since I was just taking in he awesomeness.

One thing I hate about the store is the high price on everything and then the 40% off areas. They have signs posted what the price will be but it is annoying. I called back, "YOUR MASK IS COMPLETELY OFF." Like, she wasn't even doing the nose-uncovered fake--the mask was literally around her neck. She called back, "Oh, haha *giggle*" I saw her at the other end of the store a few minutes later. Her mask was on, but then she removed it to talk to me. I saw her a few minutes later speaking to another customer, and the mask was completely off. I said to myself, "Screw this." As I was leaving the store, another male employee was strutting through the store completely maskless, as well. I now wonder if the maskless lady was the owner, Katherine Snedeker, since this cavalier "who gives a f&*k about the health of my customers and co-workers" attitude seems to be part of the culture of the company. Must be Republicans. No more of this company for me, ever. Are you hearing me, Katherine?
