The core performance appears maintained; what you may be sacrificing is purely cosmetic or aesthetic. Just keep in mind that although it's an outlet, you may still pay premium prices for certain pieces (which isn't surprising given the brand). I was even able to buy a cookbook, "Cook it in your Dutch oven" at a nice discount. Every household should own a Dutch oven! I was also able to get a few Christmas gifts for my friends that love to cook. Was pleased with my find! There are always some sort of deals going on in the store. They had great deals, and I'd say for anyone looking at their first Le Creuset, definitely check out this store. :) I ended up paying about $190 for a 7.25 qt round dutch oven in the ombre blue before taxes. I fell in love with the braisers though, too, and reeeeally wanted the fig color. So I ran to Crate & Barrel the next day. Both are sitting super pretty in my kitchen (AND being used!!) haha. Would def come back if I decided to expand my Le Creuset collection. :)

Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

They claim they price match, but the process is so obfuscated you have to "make time" to price check - in my experience it was more expensive through them than through the most luxury retail store. its almost impossible to even get them to look at your price match data. I am sure they are fine, if you do all your price matching research way before they have time to quote your bill. don't be "that guy" they see coming - that's all I have to say about that.

Granite & Tile Outlet II Unfortunately, we had an unexpected…read morewater leak that affected both our bathrooms (share wall between master and guest baths). We hired a general contractor who decided that 40% through the first bathroom they would just walk off the job because we made them fix their mistakes (go figure). In an emergency we came to Robert Hinton at Granite & Tile Outlet II. Robert came in and evaluated the situation. We were able to find a subcontractor to help finish the cabinets and Robert helped with the countertop in the guest bath. We were eventually able to finish the guest bath and Robert and crew did a lot of the work in the Master bath. Robert's crews demoed our bathroom, transformed the old tub/shower into a walk-in shower, did all the new floor tiles and the vanity countertops. Even the shower doors turned out great. We worked great with other subcontractors we found for paint, electrical, and cabinets. We could not have done it without him. Not to mention, but he did all the work within our budget too! Thank you Granite & Tile Outlet II and Robert.

They referred us to the manufacturer, I called the manufacturer who sent out an independent inspector. He said the reason the floor is buckling is because the contractors did not leave room for expansion, so the flooring is buckling. YHE actually should stand for Your Home Exploiter…read more I have only one regret in this life, and that is letting this company into my home. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.
