Worst experience ever, we wasted so much money on cheap cabinets. Wrong colors, does not fit kitchen. Nightmare.

The core performance appears maintained; what you may be sacrificing is purely cosmetic or aesthetic. Just keep in mind that although it's an outlet, you may still pay premium prices for certain pieces (which isn't surprising given the brand). I was even able to buy a cookbook, "Cook it in your Dutch oven" at a nice discount. Every household should own a Dutch oven! I was also able to get a few Christmas gifts for my friends that love to cook. Was pleased with my find! There are always some sort of deals going on in the store. Well worth stopping by if you're interested in this fabulous cookware! October 2025

They had great deals, and I'd say for anyone looking at their first Le Creuset, definitely check out this store. :) I ended up paying about $190 for a 7.25 qt round dutch oven in the ombre blue before taxes. I fell in love with the braisers though, too, and reeeeally wanted the fig color. So I ran to Crate & Barrel the next day. Both are sitting super pretty in my kitchen (AND being used!!) haha. Would def come back if I decided to expand my Le Creuset collection. :)

I was very pleased to find Legacy Plumbing who clearly had the best reviews for plumbing services in the Dallas area. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. Jason and his wonderful team did exactly that.

They did a great job however there wasn't any transparency on fees. I was not told there was a diagnostic fee from the scheduler nor from the crew that came to my home until afterwards. I explained that these diagnostic fees were not told to me when I scheduled the appointment and when the plumbers came to my home and I wasn't happy. He said he'd get back to me. Never heard back! FYI. There's more than just a service trip fee with this company' beware they charge for a diagnostic fee also.‍

The Allen location is incredible! It's clean, the employees are always helpful; if you have a question, they will often take you right to where something is located (if you like). So many GREAT things about this and their other locations!!! The "not so great" would be two recent things... 1) The folks that bag groceries need a bit of training... eggs NEVER go on the bottom of a bag, unless it's the only thing; and NEVER put food with ANY cleaning or soap type products... seriously, don't! 2) The curbside pick up is fantastic, there have been a few hiccups, but they're usually resolved (Except that I am tired of getting dented cans!). I did another curb-side pick-up this past week, and while waiting for my groceries, I asked for a Manager. When she came out, I showed her two boxes of HEB "ziplock (type) bags"; they were both previously opened (not by me) and were what was bagged in my previous order pickup. I wasn't mad, I just wanted them replaced. She delegated it to an individual who either didn't understand the assignment OR didn't care. They brought me two identical boxes of QT Freezer zip bags ... which is not what I gave the Manager to replace. Now, I have to take them back to the store a 2nd time, but this time I will need to find my receipt to show them exactly what I was swapping in the first place. An unnecessary inconvenience that should not have even happened... if the original person who "shopped & bagged" the 2 boxes (for curbside pickup) had selected unopened boxes (or noticed the issue and acted accordingly)... I would not even be writing about it here as an issue. Funny how that domino effect works..... If the "H*E*B" mark is on the product, it's a stamp of honest approval, and you will (most likely) not be disappointed! HEB may be the best Grocery store in America...

There was some confusion in line when a customer ahead of me stepped away and another person was at the end bagging groceries. I thought she is a HEB employee until she said excuse me, and approached to the register to pay.I made space by backing up my cart. The associate, Brody, told me to move my cart back more in a very abrupt and unfriendly tone, which I did. When it was my turn, the interaction only got worse. Brody did not greet me or make eye contact. He bluntly said, "Can I scan those?" referring to my two empty water jugs. When I asked for clarification, he repeated "I need to scan them". I explained that the jugs are refilled and paid for outside, and from that point on he stayed completely silent for the rest of the transaction. I left the store feeling frustrated and honestly surprised. H-E-B has always been one of my favorite stores because of its consistently great customer service, which is why this stood out so much. I hope management looks into this, because this experience was far from the standard H-E-B is known for.

I will overlook the fact it took twice as long to demo and install new flooring throughout a newly purchased home. What I will NOT overlook is the lack of integrity of this establishment. They quoted an outrageous amount to reset two toilets. It was supposed to be removed from the quote as my husband could handle this task in 30 minutes and save my mom the money. The charge was still on her final bill. Since they did not perform this task, I took her in to ask (owner, Robert) for her money back since they did not reset the new toilets and they came up with a "crap" (pun intended) excuse to not refund her. They claim they had to do extra work to the flange due to the change in old/new flooring height. While we did see a new flange at the secondary bathroom toilets, they did nothing to the primary one. The old and very yucky wax ring was still on there. Beyond removing that my husband had no problem with the reset, so not sure in what way the height mattered....A company with integrity would have verbally explained to an 80ish yo person, that "we credited you here, but had to do xyz for $X amount" upon her final payment. Nope, that did not happen!!! They waited to see if she would notice a $300 charge to reset two toilets (which they did not perform) and explained it away only when she asked to be reimbursed. I call this TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR CITIZEN AND FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE. Btw- their skill at installing new baseboards was subpar at best. The foreman tried make her accept to short measurement/cuts made but at my urging she insisted they install new pieces where they were cut short. I do give credit for owner, Robert, who told the foreman to correct whatever pieces she was unhappy with. Just a shame that you need to go to the top in order for the job to be done correctly.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.
