Shawn was so professional and communicative. He had a budget and he was able to figure out how to switch to a different but still quality material to bring down the cost. The floors allow amazing... he initial said it would take 3 to 4 days to complete. Demo started on Wednesday and the whole job was finished by Friday night!!!! I got other quotes in the area but this business was more accommodating and within budget! I'm so glad we picked them!

We just bought our home in Anna and needed to repaint everything and replace carpet and floors. And we needed it done in a timely manner. Anna Flooring & Design did just that for us. We loved working with them and they've been great to check back to make sure everything is great. They saved us $$$ compared to other bids we got. Thank you!

Yay, So happy I found Anna Flooring for our carpet needs! I'm a researcher for any and all things before I buy, so I did my due diligence. I had gotten 2 other quotes before deciding on ANNA FLOORING. To be transparent, all quotes were not too far apart from each other, but I got a better feeling that their customer service and product quality was something that was very important that they deliver to me. Excellent communication and willing to work within my budget. The owner was my point of contact along the way, even came to my home personally to inspect the job after completed. Gerardo and his team did an amazing install! I couldn't be happier!

I love this place. It's local owned and operated. Very friendly staff who went the extra mile to get my project started and completed far sooner than anticipated. I had a small tile project and the quality of the worker (Victor) exceeded my expectations. His work was top-notch, professional and meticulous to detail. The prices are very reasonable and I would strongly recommend this establishment without hesitation. I've uploaded my photos to demonstrate the quality.

Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. GC Flooring Pros made that transition much easier and less stressful because of their great communication, and the quality of their work. Jeff's team did a phenomenal job, and to be clear, we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. GC Flooring Pros is a wonderful company with a salt of the earth staff, and we would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring and restoration needs. Germaine & Tiffany G.

We hired a…read morecontractor to oversee the project , because we were going to be out of town for an extended period of time. Our contractor hired Artistry Floors , who they claim to know very well and have used many times. While we were gone, the project began. The wood flooring was delivered and dropped in the front yard and directly installed into the house (we have a ring doorbell). When we questioned what had happened, we were told the wood did not need to be acclimated because it came from an acclimated warehouse. Many months later, we discover this is NOT true. I called the vendor that sold the wood to Artistry and they told me that they have NEVER had an acclimated warehouse and they tell the installer to let it sit 2-4 weeks in the customers home before installing. Tiffani, and our contractor, will claim that our floors acclimated for 2 months. They consider installation date to finish date "acclimating". However, the floors were nailed down in place, therefore, not able to properly acclimate. Tiffani does not have any or WON'T provide moisture readings for the floor she installed. Not only are we having issues with warping, the finish job is terrible. Artistry floors did not clean the floor properly before finishing. We have so many places where debris is stuck to the floor. There are also places that were completely missed - such as under the stairs treads. They also left piles of debris along the baseboards in our media room. The wood shavings are so sharp they will cut your hand (picture included for reference). The stair treads (pictured below) have literally lifted off the stair bases. When we approached Tiffani Camp and our contractor, they were incredibly rude and dismissive of our concerns. They did attempt to come out to fix the issues, but did such a poor job, that we asked them to not proceed until we hired an inspector to come look. The inspection report uncovered more issues than we were aware of. The address of her business is not a location you can walk into - yet she makes it appear that way. It's a rented PO Box off Hardin Road in McKinney. I know this - because I used to have a PO Box at the same location many years ago. Here's her address - the "320" is the PO Box at Pack and Parcel. This just another example that Tiffany isn't trust worthy and you can't believe what she says. So if you use her - and then have an issue - and then try to reach her at her "office" - that's not happening. MY ADVICE - DO NOT HIRE - IF YOU HAVE USED THIS COMPANY, I SUGGEST YOU HAVE YOUR FLOORS INSPECTED. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. It's that bad. Update - on March 21st - I received a response from Tiffany. She did not take responsibility in her response and stated she was not able to fix my floors because I didn't give her the opportunity to. That is because she is not willing to fix the floors properly. She wants to screen and coat the floors. That is not the proper way to fix this issue. That's like putting makeup on a pig. We paid an industry approved inspector to evaluate the floors and write a report of how to move forward - which she agreed to and said she would fix the issues found in the report. She claimed in her google response we didn't pay her. Would anyone pay for these results? NO. I am absolutely willing to pay AFTER my floors are fixed - PROPERLY. I don't owe a contractor final payment until we are satisfied. She also mentioned in her response to me about her "warranty" she has offered. The warra is no use to us. She has to finish the job properly before any warranty would be considered. Tiffany deleted her google response and then on the same day - a new glowing Google review appeared on her profile. hmmmm... she had zero reviews and now she miraculously has a new review- on the same day. . Coincidence? I don't think so. There is nothing Tiffany can say to dispute the pictures of the work she performed. I'm still perplexed that she performed the work and then asks to be paid. I will try to add the picture of her partial review notification to me. Sadly, I didn't screenshot the review. Don't think she would remove her response. That is a perfect example of her lack of integrity. Responding to Tiffany - I am not harassing you on social media. I am giving an honest review and trying to help other people not end up in the same situation we have. Yelp and Google reviews are places where customers can leave honest reviews. If you don't want a bad review - do better. I have not posted any content on "social media" such as Facebook or Instagram. i hope people do their research - and my offer stands - please reach out to me - come look for yourself on the "workmanship" of this company and how they do business.

The tiles they installed were popping off of the slab less than two years after the home was built and we moved in. We hired Business Flooring Specialists out of Fort Worth to remove and replace our floors as Granbury Flooring would not do anything to remedy their $h**ty work, nor would they stand by their installation. Our new floors installed thru BFS, using Tiffanie are reclaimed 150 plus year old wood floors supplied by me. Tiffanie made sure that we let the wood acclimate inside our home for 7-10 days. She also checked the flooring with a moisture meter telling us that it needed to be 9% or less moisture, or she would not install it until it was. After 7 days, it read 8.7%, so install began on the following Monday, bringing the acclimation process to a full 10 days. We wanted a glue down installation as it allowed us to have a wider floor plank. After glue-ing the boards down, screen sanding was done, imperfections repaired, and then the sealing process was completed. Our floors are beautiful. Tiffanie has advised us as to how to take care of the floors along with what cleaning products to use. She is one of the best flooring consultants/contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. Believe me, I know. I've been in the architectural business since 1979. Great value for the work and effort put into the project.

The worst, most dishonest, creepy staff we've ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!…read more We bought a home that needed some updated custom cabinets & a remodeled bathroom. We sadly believed that since they actually had a showroom, they'd be honest. Tarek, the salesman, showed us "samples" of their cabinet drawers & drawer fronts & said everything they build is "top quality." That's a huge lie! He gave us a lump sum price for cabinets, counter tops, sinks, etc. but their choices for countertops were very limited & he pushed a very bland stone we didn't like. Nevertheless, we gave them a deposit for the main kitchen island (two sides) & a smaller island (also two sides) & then applied for their store credit cards through Synchrony Bank (which we never activated). From the outset of working with the subs, we had significant language barriers because we don't speak Arabic or Spanish. Many times they'd send guys to work on a small part- who spoke zero English. We had very specific needs in the kitchen because my wife is paralyzed. So she needed sturdy drawers, no cupboards, etc. We got an initial (minimal) set of Cad drawings from Tarek & my wife corrected the drawer depths. We were told the smaller island would be same height, but installed on top of an existing platform. So we were expecting a 36" tall cabinet (with 3 drawers). But the Cad drawing showed 3'6" which we mistakenly read as 36." Sadly, the actual cabinet maker for our project is a very nice guy, but his work is pretty unskilled, compared to custom cabinets we've had built for our homes in other states. He's unable to anticipate corners, ends, designs, fits, etc. There's also a slight language barrier with him, & his installers speak zero English. About 4 weeks into the project we were told that the cabinets would be delivered to our house, completely unfinished (not sanded or painted) & that our house would be used as the finishing shop! We have dogs, cats & endless dust from moving, so the idea of sanding & then spray painting cabinets - within our house - was absurd! Few weeks later Tarek had us meet him & the "finish guy," at a small, dumpy warehouse across the highway from their store. In the middle of one dirty, dusty room were our cabinets - all completely rough & unfinished. We saw all the basic boxes & doors/drawer fronts & my wife was very upset about how sharp & rough all the wood was. Every piece had been cut on a saw & they never sanded a single thing - saw blade burns are visible everywhere. Then they delivered it all at their dirty warehouse. Finisher also speaks almost zero English, so my wife had a difficult time explaining that we wanted & had expected sanded surfaces & a nice, clean natural varnish finish to the Maple & Shaker style design. Tarek tried hedging that the roughness was our fault because they normally only finish cabinets while in a customer's home.?? That's also when she noticed the taller cabinet (3'6") & asked that it be remade with 4 drawers per column instead of the existing 3 per column (4 of the drawers are 10.5" deep), which is way too deep for heavy pots & bakeware. The other huge problem was the fact that the ends of the face-frames for the center island had been cut at 45 degrees, instead of leaving the ends of the corners straight & building an end that could slip in between the two joined sections. She complained about this while at the warehouse, but we were assured that once the 4 sections were installed at our house, all would look great & we'd be "happy." As it got closer to installing, Tarek announced they wanted to come & tear out all existing (original) cabinets on one day & then 3-4 days later come back to do the install. We said no, because we didn't want our silverware & cookware in boxes. The day of install was a mess! Two nice guys showed up with cabinet guy & they brought the sections in. But then main guy departed & the guys remaining spoke zero English. We were using Seri all day, trying to communicate. The ends of the center island look like crap - very sharp corners that cannot be hidden - the 45 degree cuts, married up to ends that are also cut at 45 degrees - doesn't work - when the unit can't be glued, clamped, sanded & then finished. We weren't happy with results & very frustrated with the inability to communicate. A few days later, Tarek & one of the owners, Abraham, came back to our house with cabinet guy. Abraham basically blew us off in every way possible. He told guy to just stick a piece of 90 degree molding on each end to hide the four terrible corners. They also intended to charge us for countertops we never got! Abraham told us we didn't need us to approve any charges. He had our account #'s & could charge our accounts whatever he wanted. He did charge our CC $10,078.00 (without our activation or approval). We've filed fraud charges with the Police & CC company. These guys should be deported or in jail!! They do not care about USA or Texas laws!!
