Carpet Connection is wonderful. I met with Doug and he helped decide on the right wood flooring…read morefor my Living and Dining Room. I had wood flooring in the den and bedroom (20 years old) so we selected a product that closely matched the existing wood. Took about a week to get the product in from the manufacturer. Doug called about three days before scheduled installment date and wanted to drop the wood off so that it could get acclimated to the house ( wood expands and contracts based on the humidity etc of the house). They have been in business for 30+ years so they know about the products. The two installers showed up on time, moved the large furniture and began removing the existing carpet. These two brothers are great. My fireplace has a rounded brick hearth that required cutting the brick so that the wood could be placed under the hearth instead of trying to cover it with 1/4 round wood. Now it looks like the fireplace was built on top of the wood floor. Total job took about four days. No way it could have been completed in less time. If a large franchise company says they can do it in one day. Don't believe them. It takes 24 hours for the glue to dry, so be ware. Recommend Carpet Connection without hesitation. These people are great.

I first connected with Prestige Construction when my roofer recommended them several years ago and…read moreI have been blown away by their meticulous approach to every project ever since. Ethan and his crew are extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. We've had them complete multiple projects for us including replacing rotted porch posts that were originally directly touching the cement. Ethan recommended raising new posts off the cement. The replaced posts look great and are now protected from moisture on the ground when it rains. He also painted them and all the soffits and trim on our house. We also had Prestige rebuild our iron and wood fence gate, which had become rotted over many years. It looks fantastic. In our kitchen, we had Prestige take down a large protruding decorative box around our vent hood which kept resulting in head bumps. He also replaced the vent hood, built out new trim around it and stained it to match the existing cabinets. We are so pleased with all of the work done at our house. Their pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I can't recommend Ethan and Prestige Construction enough. In addition to his excellent work, Ethan is just a wonderful, friendly person with great communication and follow-up.

Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project.
