took 3 times to finally get in touch with them, set an appt for an estimate and no showed. avoid!

I called them about how they move the furniture when they install carpet. They told me they usually use dollies and sliders. The reason I had called them is to determine if the company that is putting in my carpet on an Insurance claim was being efficient. They have moved most everything out of my house making life difficult. They quickly answered my question without trying to selling me anything. I was very pleased with their help!! read more

We are new to the area and needed to replace carpeting on the stairway and rooms upstairs of our newly purchased home with REAL hardwood flooring. After getting quotes from 3 different contractors, each one literally telling us they'd have to replace the entire stairway, including the spindles and handrails, which made absolutely no sense why we'd need new stairs just to replace the flooring?! We then spoke with Johnny at NTX Floors who came out and took measurements and 15 minutes later he not only quoted us less than what the other 3 companies wanted but he also didn't need to replace our entire stairway! The following Tuesday they began the installation and four days later the floors were installed. The end result is even better than we could have imagined!! Our installer Alex is a flooring MASTER! He was so skilled that he was even able to line up the graining of the new pieces to the graining of the existing side pieces we had on the stairway beneath each spindle. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Johnny and his team are extremely kind, professional and honest to work with. Really great knowing there are still companies doing business like this! read more

We recently moved and used NTX to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with Mohawk vinyl. Nate was great at helping us select something that was a good transition from our nail-down hardwood in the main living areas to the vinyl. The installation team did a great job, finished everything quickly and cleaned everything up before they left. Great product knowledge and customer service! read more

After receiving quotes by all the big box stores to do the floors in my house, I felt defeated. Sean, from NTX painting referred me to the floor store of Keller. I called Dale, who happened to be a Marine veteran as myself and I knew from the first phone call it was going to work out. Dale was patient, took his time and answered all my questions. He also came in way below the big box stores. With that being said l, the quality was still top notch. My house looks amazing and I appreciate all the hard work his guys did. I highly recommend for future work. read more

Did my research and came across NTX Floors who had glowing reviews on this platform and others. I am so glad we did. They were extremely courteous and professional. They were there to answer any question we had and got the work done quickly. We had two toddlers they had to work around, and they never grumbled. In fact, they helped us accommodate them by working around their schedules. I can't say enough good things. Glad we have a floor company we can trust in DFW! read more

These people did my floors... the carpeting is coming up and so is a piece of the wood flooring!! I found a tool under the carpet that's not tacked down.. I contacted the company and sent pics. No one reached out to me. They don't stand behind there work. I paid 20,000. I'm so upset. My original flooring lasted for 18 years. There flooring problems after 13 months. read more

NTX seriously saved the day with our floors! We had a recent move and didn't realize how gross the carpet was until we were getting ready to move in. Beyond cleaning with stains and disgusting dog smell. We only had DAYS before we moved in, and Nate with NTX came to the rescue! He was quick to come by on a Sunday to assess and bring floor samples and had us scheduled literally days later! The work was done quickly and done right. This was a refreshing experience since we have a history with some promises made but not kept. Nate even came by after flooring was complete to make sure it was done right and that we were satisfied. We will definitely be contacting them when we are ready for future flooring projects and refer them to friends. Thanks, Nate and NTX!! read more

We recently had our floors completely replaced. We replaced the engineered wood with vinyl and replaced the builder grade carpet with new carpet. We visited the showroom twice and both times we were greeted timely and did not feel rushed when trying to make decisions. Julio was the lead for the vinyl flooring and JR was the lead for the carpet. Both men were polite, respect and very tidy! We had a great experience with NTX. We called NTX Floors after we had a completely botched hardwood flooring job from another company. Johnny came over and gave us an estimate. We got several other estimates since we were very skeptical. Johnny was politely persistent as we weighed our options. After many conversations and with special instructions from a flooring inspector, we hired them first to do some tile work in three bathrooms. They did a great job, so we hired them to remove the botched flooring job and install new hardwood floors. We were nervous about them matching our existing flooring so Johnny sent Alejandro (Alex) over with some raw flooring to make samples. After speaking with him about 10 minutes we could tell he was an expert and he matched the stain exactly on his first attempt. We requested that he be the guy to lead the job and they did phenomenal work!!! Our stain matched, our stairs were perfect, no squeaks. They were experts and an absolute class act and made none of the mistakes or cut any of the corners that the previous company did. Johnny sold us on the company and Alejandro's work made us glad that we did. Thank you NTX Floors!!! read more

As soon as my husband an I walked in. We were instantly greeted by a gentleman named, David. We had went to other distributors before. Names that I will not mention. Haha. These guys are awesome. I just finished my work with them today, and I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by all my interactions with the support staff like Joshua and Tori, the workers (shout out to my man Jaimie and his son - and a few others whose names I didn't catch). Everyone was respectful, courteous and cared about the details. At one point, after the living room was half done, I pointed out very small gap in one floor board, hardly noticeable, and asked if it was normal and told them very plainly that it was fine, barely noticeable. I went back into my office, and when I came out an hour later, they had decided that THEY were not happy with the tiny gap and pulled up a half day's worth of work to redo it to fix a tiny issue. I like businesses that pay attention to the details; who care about doing a good job in my house, more than I care. They are willing to put in extra hours without any talk of a change in their (extremely affordable and fair) pricing. You can trust this team to care about the details and take pride in their work - that is about the highest praise I can give a contractor. read more
