Went to Cornerstone to look at stone for the bathroom and kitchen. Friendly service, walked me through the options. Ended up settling on me agreeing to visit their slab yard in FW for a smaller piece of stone for the bathroom vanity. Went a few weekends later, and quickly found just the right piece. A few weeks later the slab was installed, with the sink I provided, and existing faucet (new'ish). Paid ahead of time, and crew showed up two days later to install. Team was conscientious of the mess they were making, swept and vacuumed, while hauling the old counter-top away. Perfectly installed, the faucet and handles are at just the right spot. No extra caulking or junk overflowing (squeezed) where you could see it. I highly recommend Corner Stone, and their team of installers -- Roman and Will. Next up, kitchen ... and I'll be visiting Corner Stone again and asking for the same install team. read more

I met with Luis on a Saturday. That was the first time we walked into the Slab yard. I told him our price point and he completely understood. He did not try to up-sell or pressure us into buying something out of our price point. In fact, he showed us options that were within in our budget and had us leaving very satisfied and happy! Luis is a very friendly guy! We made an appointment for the estimate the following Monday. My husband has a quantitative background and did the math prior to Luis coming (including the waste (10%) and tax), and Luis was spot on. Luis answered all my questions and made helpful recommendations with the cleaning and edging. And then installed the granite that same week, on a Saturday! Very professional Job! I needed a special cutting job for two items I'd bought elsewhere and was directed to the location where that is done. The staff was very kind--I have bad arthritis and walking, standing, and the heat were messing with me--and had me hang out in the AC break room while they sorted things. I really appreciated that and the hard work they do all day long under difficult conditions with potentially dangerous tools. They did the cutting perfectly, checking with me several times to be clear on what was needed, loaded everything back in my car, and even did a little extra work at removing some plastic bits from the units that I did not need. My phone contact with the main office on S. Fwy was also pleasant and informative. I stopped by to pick up my receipt and was impressed with the selection of products they have. If I was not renting, I would be looking at their stock for sure. Again, the staff was very nice and kind. If I have future needs in their line, I will be back. read more

I waited really to long for make this review because I couldn't find words good enough for these guys. I still can't, but I can't wait anymore. I want to write good review, the best review, excellent review, because these guys deserve it. I decided to upgrade my kitchen back in November 2016. Louis came to my home to take measurements and they cut all stone pieces in shop. Louise's 2 guys did installing job in less than 8 hours (9A till 2:30P). They brought all parts of countertop prepared in shop. Minor cutoff and grinding they did outside so no any dust or dirt produced inside home. And very important: Cornerstone do this job in almost half price less than nearby Home Depot for same kind of stone. You can go to compare before making decisions. Before I decided to hire cornerstone, I read some reviews about this company and I looked first for bad reviews. First of all be aware there are two companies with very similar name CORNERSTONE GRANITE & FLOORS(this company) and Corner Stone WEST Granite & Floors. One review called for bad work done bay these guys (next is copy of that review): "albert gaber a year ago Rock and dust smoke in the house after granite cut in my house Now I needs silica remediation restoration service. Feeling sick after incident STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE SICK not a safe contractor." This is so untrue for this company. Louis told me they even didn't do any job for this guy (he probably hired another company with similar name).Cornerstone ask him to remove his review, but he refused because who knows what reason. Sold me marble and pretended it was granite. I went in looking for granite, explicitly told him I wanted granite for my commercial application and that I couldn't get anything else. He then says, "This style would be great for you", never once telling me it was marble. Even my invoice said granite on it in twelve places. It has the product listed as: "granite slabs: open marble horizon". I thought it was just the style or name of the granite, especially given the deceitful way it was listed. After I noticed a bunch of scratches and chips, I asked why the "granite" was doing that. Only then he said, "I never said it was granite." The whole time I was there and throughout all of my communication via text and phone, I kept calling it granite and he never once told me it was marble. I don't review companies very often, but when I do they are either awesome or horrible. You can guess which one this is. Beware of the bait and switch. I was charged $35 a square foot for two centimeter granite with no rounded edge. Cabinets poorly aligned and sink poorly installed. Glue want cleaned out of inside of sink either. read more

Run.... You get what you pay for. I had my kitchen and wetbar done by this group. 1. They do not 45 degree angles 2. They can not adapt to older homes where things may be out of square 3. They dont keep their word I got Golden Crystal for my kitchen. Picked the slab, but my sales person was not there. I only picked 1 slab not knowing I needed 2. They picked the 2nd for me without telling me. What was installed had horrible straight lines running through 1/2 of it and now I have veins that are crumbling. They said they would fix the problem - now they don't return my calls..I have always used Tile, Marble and Granite and East side Marble over the yrs. I will not stray from them again..... read more
