There was a small door on the front that appeared to be damaged, she assured me with a promise that it would be fixed. It wasn't, and couldn't be according to the owner. Really nice guy, he's the one who delivered it, and was again very professional. Showed me the tests were running when he left. I walked my dogs and came home to a leak. I live in an apartment so this could be catastrophic because it doesn't only endanger my belongings if things are flooded. It appeared to be damaged and leaking where the little door on the front was damaged. They came immediately to look at it, had to return to the shop for parts, but got it working. When I went to run a load, they had installed it where I couldn't open the dispenser to put in the soap. The shop is less than a mile from me. I called and he asked me to wait for another full day to have someone scoot over the machine two inches. I'd kinda had it at this point and hung up on him. Not happy about that but I don't want to call him again after bugging him so many times today. I hurt my back and yanked it over myself. So I can't necessarily say they didn't try, and I feel like we got a good deal on good machines. Just make sure they stay until the test is finished on the washer, and that you can open the soap dispenser before they leave.

She instructed me to ensure I'm using language of "noncooling issue" so they wouldn't try to say it was out of warranty (past the 2 years). I am so grateful to this company for being honest and helping me resolve my issue at no large cost due to being under warranty. I trust this company.

I didn't think there was tax on labor. Then he said it is the filter which he rinsed off and said you are good to go. Call me if you have any problems. The next day I ran this dishwasher and still have the same issue. I called today to see if he came back out of there was another diagnostic fee which I was told there would be. I said he didn't do any diagnostic on my machine before. This company is a huge rip off, do not care about their customers or the customer experience. Do not waste you time money or energy with this company. Worst experience I have ever had !!! And Max I have to disagree with your assessment. I did not repair the unit myself. Your guy said it was the filter needed cleaning and he did clean that out. The piece you referenced that I ordered myself was a plastic cover piece that functioned but a little worn. You guy said you can either replace that yourself or I can order one but that involves another trip. I looked up the piece he said was worn and I said I can get it online tomorrow for $10. Your guy said that is what I would do because if I order it then it would be $75 and not sure when it would be here. He said it is not creating your problem but I would replace it. When you pay $136 for a diagnostic fee that to me usually means checking out all the systems and see why my water pressure in the unit is so low. Your guy did no assessment. When I said here is the problem your guy said oh I already know what the problem is. He never bothered to check any of the systems in the unit. I appreciate your trying to reverse blame and put this at my feet but to me it is a simple problem that your guy did not diagnose he took a guess, address that but did not diagnose the problem.

    5/28/25 purchased a $11,000 built-in refrigerator over the phone because we have purchased so many…read moreappliances from Oliver Dyers over the years we didn't need to go in. It was a replacement and we'd done business before. Mistake #1 because this can't possibly be the same people we have worked with. 6/23/25 first service call the ice was coming out in chips. Service person said over freezing. Nothing can be done 9/23/25 requested new appointment for same issue because all I could get was white chipped ice. 10/2/25 Terry was fantastic. He Knew it was a freezing issue. He figured out what was needed and would return 10/16. 10/16/25 appointment got canceled Terry not coming Guinco taking over. 10/21/25 New evaluation Whirlpool says try this. By this time we realized the freezer was actually defrosting during the day. Ice was melting that's why it came out in chips. We started tracking temperature with digital thermometers. Once a day the freezer reached 40 degrees. 11/7/25 New evaluation we need a new board and condenser fan. At this point I called the store. Sonya was very understanding and sympathetic. I asked for an exchange. She explained mgr just went on vacation. I called her back on 11/10 and apologized for being upset on previous called and confirmed I wanted an exchange. She said he would call me 11/14. No call. I called the store again on 11/17 to be told he was busy. She again said he would call me. No call. I called and got him at the very end of the day. Harry was not nice. Harry spoke poorly about his service people. I asked him to let me have a working refrigerator for the holidays he said "that ain't happening" He said he "loved us" for being a previous customer but it's out of his hands. So once it's sold he really doesn't care. He got his $11249.85 11/17/25 They canceled appointment. Moved to 11/20 11/20/25 The board didn't get approved but he brought a fan. Still doesn't work no fridge for Thanksgiving 12/2/25 They tell us to fill freezer with water bottles to determine what's parts of the freezer are freezing. After Spending 2 days on the phone with whirlpool I did receive a partial refund. Harry got to keep the sales tax and delivery fee. It's 1/12/2026 I still don't have a refrigerator because they are on back order. I bought the same one but obviously at a different store with guaranteed customer service up front.
