They had sent a guy out to fix it and so I was okay with that I thought maybe that would be the end of it. Then some months later that same machine went out and didn't wash clothes anymore. I had it replaced completely since I still had my 6 month warranty with Jenkins Appliance and so I again thought that would be the end of it. Well about 6 months later after getting the original washer replaced the second washer no longer washes either, the customer service is good, but the washers they sell are not. In about a year two of their washers they sent me have broken down and no longer wash and now with it out of warranty I am left with a broken down washer.
