This place has the best prices on appliances with minor dings or dents. We received great customer service from a young man who was patient and thorough as I asked questions. Have been looking for a stove for a year. So glad the Lowe's associate told us about the outlet. We saved $1500 on a stove that has been excellent. I told my husband "I can't wait for us to need a new appliance so we can come back and get another great deal".

I can't remember the girl's name that…read moreassisted me with my washer and dryer, but she was knowledgeable when it came to addressing my concerns. Free delivery was set up (I guess this is the promo in store because I attempted to purchase online but was getting a $49 delivery fee per item, no thank you!). Christian (short one, because there is two of them) was my sales rep in the computer area. He was helpful and patient when it came to my indecisiveness. I purchased the wrong MacBook and didn't realize it until I arrived at home. He helped me with my exchange and the fraud department (account flagged due to suspicious activity). Thanks y'all! Definitely coming back!

My review of Joan, Store Manager, Irving TX Best Buy…read more I've been a loyal Best Buy customer, spending over $10,000 in the last month alone, but my experience with Joan, the store manager at the Irving, TX location, has completely turned me away from the company. When I tried to return a defective receiver that was just two days outside of the return policy, Joan was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I wasn't asking for special treatment--I simply expected some flexibility and respect given my long-standing business with Best Buy. Instead, I was treated like my loyalty meant nothing. What makes it even worse is that if I had purchased this item from Amazon, I would've been well within their return policy. I specifically chose to shop at Best Buy instead of Amazon (even though the price was the same) because I wanted to support a brick-and-mortar business. Clearly, that loyalty was a mistake. Moving forward, I'll be doing all my shopping with Amazon, where customer service is consistent, and policies are more customer-friendly. It's unacceptable for a company like Best Buy to treat a high-spending customer this way, and I can't recommend this location--or the company--anymore. Best Buy has lost my business for good.

He was spot on, my dryer needed a new heating element which he replaced quickly and left the machine working well. Super clean job and great to communicate. He came to my home the following day, and within 10 minutes he explained to me the cause of the problem. Both his diagnosis and remedy were spot-on because the unit is working great. It cools now just as good or better than it did when I purchased it 4 years ago. He actually made two trips to my home because he had to order the parts for the repair. After he was done, he kindly offered to help me return the food to the unit and he tidied up the area he was working in. He was very respectful of my home, and showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. Before leaving, he explained his warranty on the repair and provided me with a written receipt. I'm not easily impressed, but I can wholeheartedly say this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a repair person in a very, very long time. I am positive you will be pleased as well.
