To my surprise, I found that FBS was selling it for $300 less than anywhere else! Upon ordering, the product arrived very quickly and I was promptly called to notify me of its arrival. The technician refused to look at my dryer vent before diagnosing the problem. Because of that, every part he installed burned out on its first run. I had to hire a separate company twice, at my own expense, to clean the lines and confirm that was not the issue. Even after the vent was verified clean, the "fixed" dryer failed again and now runs dangerously hot. That is a fire risk, in my home, after they were paid to repair it. Their policy that only the original diagnosing technician can return to your house made everything worse. Appointments were weeks apart, and even on the day of service I could not get an arrival window, so I had no way to plan around it. Not meant for those of us who work in an office full-time. So now I have: over $1,200 spent on parts that failed, two loads of laundry ruined, and a fried dryer I now have to replace. I will not use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have requested a full refund.

The next morning my son and I were there before the store opened. A different sales guy comes flying up that morning in his black infinity and jumps out of the car unlocks the doors and runs in. I'm wondering what's his big rush? We were standing outside talking so we talked a few more minutes and then we went inside. Lo and behold that dryer that I wanted wasn't sitting in the same spot. I told him I was there to pick up the dryer that I had looked at yesterday that was sitting in that spot. He said oh that dryer got sold. I said how's that, I was the only customer here when you closed and I'm the first customer here before you open so how did it get sold? That didn't make any sense. When would they have sold it? I ended up buying something different which really wasn't what I wanted, but that was my only transportation that day so I had to buy something. I feel like what happened was he was in a rush to get into the store to move the dryer out and tell me that it had been sold so he could sell me something else and collect the commission instead of the real salesman that had helped me the day before. I figured he was gonna tell the other guy that made the sale that I never showed up so that way the other guy wouldn't get the commission he would since he sold me something else. Here's the kicker ...I went in the next day because I had a gut feeling he was a scammer and lo and behold the dryer that I wanted is sitting there in the same spot as it was when I saw it the first time . I believe he lied to me like I said to collect the commission. I wonder how many times he's done that to his coworker?
