The showroom is beautiful, IF it is the latest style. If you want something new or different, there's no physical product to see. We waited for service, and the sales person was good (showing us only pictures on a computer). But once the sale was made, THEY WANY NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU! Walked in and said a kind & happy comment to the person greeting us. Woman ignored our greeting and asked how they could help us (maybe we should celebrate being asked how they could help, however, the rest of the experience showed that helping us was the least of their priorities.) We told her what we were looking for and she stayed sitting, pointing to multiple areas of the showroom, while basically telling us to look all over. We were interested in a jetted bathtub, which is technical enough that some personalized service would have gone a LONG way. As we walked by ourselves, we found at least two other items we would have bought (in addition to the $2.5K+ bathtub I was ready to purchase), had someone been with us to help credential features. We walked past two other employees and NO ONE offered to help us with anything. Walked out within less than 15 minutes when this place of business could have easily made at least a $5k sale, had someone just offered to help us. read more

Got no service even when I requested for one. Poor customer service. Store is small for a lot of the stuff they had. Felt cramped. I Liked the vanity sink for our powder room but when I requested for more support, no one came to help so we eventually left after browsing the whole store. read more

Wow! I should have checked these reviews out before I purchased my ice makers. The service continues to be lackluster, to say the least. I called my salesman, and wouldn't even return my call. The store selection is great. The people who work there are apathetic. This place needs an employee makeover. Geez. Elon, bring on the robots, fast! Make service great again! read more

I know there are some mixed reviews about this place and it made me a little apprehensive about going in, but ai am thankful to report my experience was very positive. I first arrived and was impressed how the place is layer out. You are greeted when you walk in, asked if they can help, and they either assign you a consultant who is an expert in what you are there for or they let you look at leisure on your own if that is your preference. I was there to shop hardware for my kitchen cabinets and let them know I really preferred to just be pointed in the direction I needed and then I would ask for help when/if I needed: I was obliged my request which I appreciated. I was amazed at the quality and selection that they had. While I did not purchase on this visit, I most likely will soon after my cabinets are resurfaced, which is happening as we speak! read more

Sadly I've been disappointed with the service at Ferguson's. It is almost impossible to reach the sales reps by phone. The central phone system is very is automated. I've been on hold at least 20 minutes every time I've called. When spending 1000's of dollars , I had hoped for better communication . Lowes and Home Depot have been much easier to work with during our remodel . Surprising but true. read more

This is a great way to do one stop shopping and get all your needs at one time. However, my advice would be to have them make your list, take it home, comparison shop if wanted...but be very very certain of what you want before placing your order. We had to change a couple of items on our order, and it was difficult to get sorted. The changes resulted in a refund to me, but Ferguson never explained why the refund I calculated and the one they gave were different. The sheet they gave me to take home after I paid included NO prices! They did give an invoice with prices to my contractor which I was able to compare to the new one. They added an additional item on my changed order. I refused delivery a couple of weeks ago and STILL have no refund. We had a problem getting our bathroom vanity light. It took much much longer than the other products. It was also the only item shipped UPS instead of being brought over by Ferguson directly. The service was great in the showroom but did not follow up afterwards. So, if you are not in a rush for your big project, takes your time. Go more than once if needed. Comparison shop, and be SURE you have ordered what you want. read more

I deleted my original review. My goal is not to do harm. One bad experience doesn't necessarily make this a bad business. My brother used Ferguson in Ashville NC for his source of plumbing supplies and he was very happy with them. He referred me to Ferguson in Dallas. I have used Ferguson's for many years for quality faucets, I will be looking elsewhere from now on. Customer service and knowledge no longer seem to exist there. I went to the Grapevine location to order 3 faucets for a house that is out of town. I was told that it delivery was next day, and I planned to be there with a plumber lined up to install them. Once I was there, I checked online to see why the faucets weren't delivered, and delivery was not for 3 more days! If I had been told that this location would take longer, I could have had them delivered to my home and taken them there, or made different arrangements. The problem was that I couldn't be there during the delivery date, so $1,100 would be sitting on the front porch for a week! I was able to get the package rejected, but Ferguson's charge me a return delivery fee. This was their error, so I should not have been charged anything! oh, and they are Builder.com, so if you use the website you get the same service. read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Don't be lured in by the beautiful showroom and shiny objects, unless you don't mind horrible service before, during and after your purchase. We have used them for all of our plumbing needs in a large remodel and spent thousands of dollars. I will never use them again. They are unorganized, unresponsive and when you do finally get a response, they treat you like an inconvenience and are rude. I think it's just a case of having so much business that they've forgotten that the customer does matter. They do not value your business. They do not care. All they care about is making the sale and then you're not important!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! We are about to do another remodel and I have asked our builder to please find another source as I won't spend another dollar with Ferguson Plumbing in Grapevine. read more

They are so unorganized its pathetic. We ordered several expensive items and every time we needed to ask a question they couldn't find us in there system!! Great customer service. Each order we placed, there were missing parts. Then when you call them, they take days to get in touch with you or say you need to call a different number. Still to this day and it's been over a month with no reply or missing parts. Would look elsewhere to do your shopping. There are plenty of business that would value you dollar and treat you like they care. read more

I do not know the name of the female employee because she never introduced herself. We said we wanted to discuss built-in refrigerators and pointed toward the sub-zero on display. She said "you're going to have to be more specific, there's a lot of them over there". Didn't even attempt to show interest or come out from behind the counter with me having to invite her to follow us. Still, I gave the benefit of the doubt. We talked for a minute or two, she printed something out for us about the fridge in question. We said we had done some research on them and she said "oh okay" and walked away. Clearly they do not work on commission. She seemed very condescending, almost to the point of implying that we could not afford the refrigerator. Now I usually would have dismissed her and asked for someone else but as I am working on my patience with people I decided to try and out up with it. We left the showroom completely annoyed with her as it did seem like she could not be done with us fast enough. Seeing the other reviews I should have know better. So... we left and ordered the Sun-Zero from a competitor who actually showed interest and will be returning to them in the future. read more

Watch invoicing - they up charge you in the showroom compared to prices they advertise on the Internet.

Great customer service when buying something but it's the opposite if having to return what or part of what you bought. Promised a callback with amount to be credited, nada! I had to call them and when I mentioned the lack of callback they said, oh sorry. You also pay a Premium price for that customer service, so be prepared to shell out the $$. I could have gone on Builders.com or Amazon and saved 25-30% for the same thing. read more
