I did have to call a few times to verify install date/time or when the plumber was expected. I will also have to do some cosmetic touch ups which was disclosed as a possibility at the time I hired them. (It's definitely not excessive and is mostly paint touch up.) When the water lines were disconnected, I did have to ask if any of the valves were leaking which some were. I also helped clean up some of the water. In all, I would hire them again. I was worried some of my appliances would be dented but none were.

Update 1/16/25:…read more Keller Services stepped up big time in fixing our friend's furnace when it went out the other day! It was an old unit made in the 1980's and parts were hard to come by. Brian Schimmel, the owner, drove around and found the parts needed to fix it. The job was completed with professionalism just in time before this next arctic cold front hits. You just don't find service and integrity like this very often in the HVAC business! You can truly trust this team to treat you right if you ever have an HVAC need!!
