I did have to call a few times to verify install date/time or when the plumber was expected. I will also have to do some cosmetic touch ups which was disclosed as a possibility at the time I hired them. (It's definitely not excessive and is mostly paint touch up.) When the water lines were disconnected, I did have to ask if any of the valves were leaking which some were. I also helped clean up some of the water. In all, I would hire them again. I was worried some of my appliances would be dented but none were.

Eddie checked his stock, which originally showed they had the belt in stock, but then came back to the phone and said that they did not have the belt, but to come up with my old one and we would find a match. Well... Apparently, Eddie continued to look while I was on my way. When he saw me walk through the door with the worn-out old belt, he met me within about 15 feet of the front door with the OEM belt I was looking for. He had never seen me before, but was looking out for me. This is the best customer service I've received from any retailer in quite some time. Eddie was literally waiting expectantly for me to come through that front door, and genuinely very happy to help me. Thank you, Eddie!
