While it took a while to get scheduled, they came out, estimated the work, showed us pictures taken at the top (so I didn't have to climb up and look!) and gave us a quote. The quote was higher than some, but what they decided was necessary was more in line with some of the cosmetic solutions proposed by others. They wanted a 20% deposit and the rest on completiopn. No problem there. Major scaffold put up, great care taken not to damage the integrity of the roof. Demollition was handled well. Redoing the brickwork was done professionally and the site cleaned up - as if they hadn't been there. This was as good as it gets!

While it wasn't exactly the result we had originally hoped for, that's due to the poor workmanship of the initial contractor--not Juan's work. Juan removed the failed material, cleaned the joints properly, installed new backer rod where needed, and applied the sealant with great attention to detail. He was honest about what could realistically be accomplished without replacing the concrete. He had a quick turnaround, completed the job promptly, and left everything looking much cleaner and more professional than before.
