Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

What a wonderful business, extremely nice people with great ideas. If you're looking for a great…read moreconstruction company, look no further, you can't do better than HDP. Ray, the head of the company, is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They have an interior designer, Nohemi, that has a great eye, and we loved her design portfolio. Our budget and time frame ended up being a little tighter than we had originally hoped due to some required foundation and electrical work, so we had to scale back our project and go with a smaller business. However, we are hoping when we do our next project, which will be the kitchen, that Ray and Nohemi will be available. Would love to work with them beyond just the design phase.

YES, their were Construction delays and hiccups along they way. It's called Construction for a reason. But what we love about HDP is they stand behind their work and they are as honest and trustworthy as you get. Just incredible people. It is 2025 and we again have a few projects we want to do and some things we want updated. Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. During that process he reminded us that the new code requires 3 smoke/fire/carbon detectors. We have referred several friends to HDP and allowed individuals to tour our home and inspect his work. Because we continue to be that impressed. Last week we again gave him a long list of normal wear and tear items to more extensive projects and he submitted his review timely and accurately along with a couple suggestions. We look forward to beginning the next list of projects.

She presented us with about 6 different options that included all the materials needed for the project and had samples to help us "visualize" how it would all look when done. It was obvious Kathi listened to us during our initial meeting and did her homework to come up with some attractive options for us without overwhelming us with material choices. As the general contractor, Kathi and her team handled all subcontractor interface. We had one minor issue during the project, the painter applied the wrong texture to the sheetrock. We called Kathi and the problem was corrected the next morning. The crews worked quickly and kept the job site clean during the project. Our experience with Lone Star Design Build was very positive and we will certainly call them with any remodeling projects we have in the future.

Do not recommend. Was sent out by foundation company following a lift…read more Owner reported sewage leaks that two other plumbing companies disputed. There was an issue in the clean outs that likely caused the discrepancy, but when we asked any questions regarding how they were performing the isolation test -- the owner Butch jumped to becoming defensive. Initially I thought he was trying to rip us off, but after taking some time away from the situation -- I don't believe he was malicious, or trying to scam, or anything like that, but just did not take well to any questions on how he was performing a test compared to other plumbing companies. This and his (what I now believe to be genuine) offers to try and help us out on the cost of things (waiving leak locating cost if we committed to his company doing the repairs), left me feeling uncomfortable about the entire situation. Unfortunately his style of business offerings and communication led to personality mismatch and heated communication between Butch and us, and we ultimately had to utilize another contractor to become comfortable looking into any further issues.

Butch with Dalworth plumbing company came out and "fixed" our pipe breaks back in October, 2017…read morewhich cost between $14,000 - $15,000. We continued to have foundation issues even though those sewage pipes were supposedly fixed. We decided to call a different plumbing company to come and take a look and we had leaks in the pipes in the exact locations where they were previously patched/fixed. We asked the current plumbing company if there was anything else that could have caused the damage they were seeing on the pipes. We were informed that the work done on the pipes was poor and should have lasted longer than they did. The workmanship and patchwork was extremely poor according to several professional plumbers. This work cost us $28,000. This company is replacing more of the pipe and ensuring with their workmanship with a warranty of 10 years. Butch with Dalworth Plumbing only has a 6 month warranty. When we were informed about the condition of the pipes and that this should not have happened, we called Butch with Dalworth and informed him of what was going on. Butch informed us there was nothing he could do because it was outside of his 6 month warranty. In the last few weeks when they were finishing up, we sent an email to Butch again informing him of their findings and asked if there was anything he could do to help resolve the issue. He never responded. After the plumbing services were completed, we again called Butch's company and left a message with his office secretary who said she would leave him a message. He again never returned our calls nor responded to our email. I called the state board for plumbers and found out that he has 16 other complaints against his license for what sounds like similar issues.

YHE actually should stand for Your Home Exploiter…read more I have only one regret in this life, and that is letting this company into my home. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.
