After that analysis visit, today the brilliant pond guy and the crew came, fixed, resolving our leak (it leaked alot, in recent years). The company came out and fixed the fix. It took them two days to grind the remaining roots/stump, replace the pole and fix the fence. The fence is straight again, there is no huge gap at the bottom, and compared to the first repair, it looks a lot better! (It's not excellent but better.) The two guys who came to do the correction definitely tried harder. I can't, in good conscience, give this company more stars. The original experience was definitely not ok. I'd have been far more impressed if it was done correctly the first time. I like to be meticulous but I get that life isn't perfect. What I don't like is seeing numerous things done incorrectly and not trusting who is at my home. I barely watched the second team that came. Because they were doing most of the things right. Buyer beware. 1. I had a French drain installed in my backyard which still does not drain and leaves a sopping wet mess when it rains. The crew came twice to fix this and I still have the problem. 2. I have a pergola cover which still leaks every time it rains. The pergola cover was improperly measured and installed. 3. The soyza sod and some plants Green View installed which I have in my front lawn, although I have watered and taken care of it, have died and has bald spots. It looks like it did prior to your company's installation. 4. We had lawn on part of our side yard removed and had Green View put in some Colorado rocks. First off, the level of rocks were minimum (not even an inch), the landscape mesh was of poor quality and not stretched out enough. It was only a few weeks past the install when we saw our first weed come through the landscape mesh or next to the edge of mesh which is just dirt. Now every time it rains I have to pull weeds and spend money on Round up. The only thing that was done well was the stone edging. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed, frustrated and upset I am with Green View. I would not recommend. read more

Great job by GreenView. We had medium/large river rock added to areas of our back yard that grass would not grow and added an accent strip around the entire back yard. They were very professional and friendly, and explained what was going on at all phases. We have two small puppies and when contracting the work asked they to make sure the puppies couldn't escape. We also asked for the size rock that would pose the least risk of chocking if they decided to chew on the rock. The crew was meticulous in installing the rock and ensuring the gaps around the fence were covered/blocked. The rock delivered was perfect and protects our fur babies from potential hazard. The crews that came to do specific work on each day were courteous and helpful. Each crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and the supervisor did a final walk around after themselves project was complete. We will be using them in the future! The office personnel were likewise awesome, they answered text messages quickly as well as used text to keep us informed. When we called, if they couldn't answer right away, they called us back quickly, even if we didn't leave a voicemail. Highly recommend GreenView for your needs. The pricing was also competitive with market, but the service and commitment to making right makes them standout in the crowd!!! Great Job!! read more

2nd half of the project went well. The first half of the project not so much. They severed my fiber optic cable and broke one of my water lines. I was delivered tons of mulch for my back yard when I ordered top soil. Office staff refuses to put me in touch with a project manager to fix this issue. come out and look at what was laid down, and they both confirmed that it is mulch. Greenview refuses to admit what was delivered is mulch not top soil. Refuse to put me in contact with a supervisor or manager. Refuses to come out and look for themselves bc they have a receipt from the supplier that I ordered top soil. Yes I said but top soil is not what was delivered. Their response every time has been "yes it is." So I called their supplier with the same videos and pictures I sent Green View and the supplier confirmed that a mistake was indeed made. The women in the office at Green View will not connect me to a project manager. And they refuse to come remove the mulch even tho the supplier is happy to make the switch to what I ordered. If they can't take responsibility for a small project cost of $2600 do you really think they will own up to big budget mistakes? I've been laughed at and called ignorant, wrong and have received not one call from anyone in management about this. I've done the leg work and the calling to resolve the problem with the supplier and GreenView REFUSES to come pick up the mulch and switch it for top soil. read more

They did masonry work on our planter beds and installed them so they won't fall over or fill with water. We had Greenview replace a retaining wall and correct a drainage problem. The resulting wall is beautiful, and we've had a good strong rain since the project completion, which revealed that the drainage works exactly as spec'ed. Weather interfered, and I was a bit surprised by their short work days, so the job ran a lot longer than was quoted. But since it was a fixed price contract and I didn't really care how long it took, this was not an issue. Cleanup after the job exceeded expectations. Updated 6/26/2024: I'm happy to amend my original review of Greenview Landscaping. We had a bit of a bumpy road with the team, but they did work to fully resolve the issues we experienced and to salvage the relationship going forward. While I cannot give 5 stars, and I am please with how we were able to resolve our experience. The end result is attractive work that complements the home, and I feel that the company works to meet the needs of it's customers. I would also make the following suggestions to those contracting with the company: Make sure you openly communicate your requests and needs, and when the estimate comes in, ensure that all your requests are included. I believe the company will work with you to make sure your needs are met. They will complete the work if both sides are clear on the expectations. Also make sure if you have a larger lot or job that you are clear on the crew size and confirm the number of days needed to complete the job. They did not have a traditional foreman for the team that worked our project, so keep an open line of communication with the home office and their representatives. Greenview will work to meet your landscaping needs and will work with you on projects of all sizes. read more

Recently I needed to replace some sod that had died because of shade and erosion. I also wanted to replace two tree rings that were broken and too small for the trees. I had other issues that needed to be addressed but I wasn't sure how to go about it. Using Angi as a source, I contacted several landscapers by phone and/or email. A couple never responded. A couple did but had a minimum order needed to bid. One wanted to charge me to come out. One made an appointment but didn't show up until later in the week. I finally had 3 legitimate offers. One was from Greenview Landscape. Specifically, Cody Teuerle came out. In fact, after I decided to go with Greenview, Cody made several trips to the house. While Greenview's bid was not the lowest, it was competitive and I just liked the way they did business. Greenview uses their own employees and doesn't outsource their work. I like that. I liked the professionalism, not only from Cody but from Laura and the office staff and Jose who was on-site. They were helpful and flexible when I wanted to make a change and made sure the sprinklers were all operating properly. They cleaned up every day. The yard looks great. On 02-23-2024 we received a quote to redo the flower beds, trim the bushes, trim a tree and replace all the front and side lawn. Our house is on a corner lot, so that is a lot of lawn. On 03-06-2024 the work was completed. There was an issue with two of our sprinklers that they also repaired. The men that did all that work were proficient and left no stone unturned. They paid attention to every detail and made it right. Our corner lot looks beautiful. Soon all the flowers will be in bloom and should look magnificent.
