I decided to save the $900(+) and do the job myself. Once I returned home from working out of state, I removed brick patio, dug down, put a temp repair on line and still losing water. Called Leak Professionals back up to see if they will come back out for the initial fee. I never received a return call. My wife called with a different number and was told, because we didn't hire them to perform the repair, they would not perform an additional inspection for the original fee. Hole is still open as I was sent back out of state for work and repair IS temporary but I find this blatant cash grab unseemly and would not recommend Leak Professionals because of it.

We ended up closing our pool down earlier than we wanted and after taking the cover off a month ago we were greeted with a filthy, green mess. There were clogs in several areas from leaves that had blown into the pool and the motor was not running efficiently to move water.
